I recently bought the Clothes Steamer Pro in off white, and it has met my expectations. It’s straightforward to use and heats up quickly, which is great for my busy mornings. The design is practical and fits well in my laundry room. It’s lightweight, making it easy to handle, and the water tank lasts through a good amount of steaming without frequent refills. The steam quality is impressive, consistently powerful and effective on various fabrics. The construction feels solid and durable, indicating good quality. Overall, it’s a reliable steamer that does its job efficiently. I’m pleased with this purchase.

First time I used it, very good. There on after, spluttery and there is no “pause” like a hand held steamer. So while you are putting next item on a hanger, steam is pouring out of it. Pouring down your walls. Base is unstable on carpets. So wish I’d chosen another make!

It's a good, sturdy, machine built to a good spec and that's what I was hoping for after having bought a cheaper one previously that died right after the year's guarantee was up......funny that In any event, it has a good strong flow of steam which is exactly what you need to whip through your clothes quickly and efficiently. The big water tank means less filling up, which is another positive. However, I'm knocking a star off because I think the location of the on / off switches is awkward and silly and because there's no indicator light either....not that you'd be able to see it anyway as they've put the switches on the back, near the floor!

Purchased on a whim, only used twice but gave good results. It is quite big and takes up space unless you dismantle everything. It's quite powerful. I pref it to an iron as I Don't really iron cloths. I just wanted it for the steam ie to air and freshen and take out a few creases which is what it's designed for

Bought this because I have always wanted a proper clothes steamer and after reading that steaming helps to control clothes moths 🤢 by killing eggs and larvae, I treated myself to this after reading a review on a blog online somewhere. Handheld steamers just can't compare with a proper one like this, don't even waste your money on one. This is the real deal, the creases melt out of clothes and the steam also provides some cleaning benefit. Brilliant for refreshing clothing that is dry-clean only, I use it on woollens, silks etc without any problems. It's not as bulky as you'd imagine, the main unit is relatively compact and sits off in a corner with minimal impact on floor space, and the wheels make it easy to move around. Some reviews mention leaking and I would say this has been minimal and water is part and parcel of having a steamer. It's simple to set up and use, and the white colour looks nicer around the house than typical black plastic. Would say this is good value for money, it's seen a lot of use already. Also if you absolutely hate ironing you will probably love using this.

Great unit, large and powerful, used it on very heavy materials and removes wrinkles with ease.

Sadly had to return this item due to it potentially becoming a safety hazard. It looked good and felt like a quality product. It heated up very quickly and the steam output was pretty good. Only tested it on a couple of items after purchasing a water filter jug as it says to only use demineralised or filtered water and it seemed to work well. However, water was pooling beneath the tank and thought it might be faulty so ordered a replacement, but when I was packing it up to return it noticed a sticker saying that this was normal. I’m not sure it is and I don’t know how much more water would have leaked out if I carried on using it - potentially spilling onto the floor - so had to cancel that and get a refund instead. Despite its sleek looks I don’t think it’s very well designed.

Just received it and start steaming can’t stop. Took for professional use , 4-5 times a week for many garments. Let’s see how it will work but my expectations are high. What I see now - steam is strong, I like it more than other pro steamer that cost double of the price. The material is strong as well! As for now, very happy. Took 2 years guaranty too just in case.
