Really helps you relax and it hits all the right areas from shoulders to legs. It is very quiet compared to other massagers. The heating element is just right to give soothing relief to trouble areas. The functionality is very easy to use and you have a lot of options to to pin point where you want the product to massage.

I bought this for my fiancee who has chronic pain. She says it helped her and is very happy with it. It's the first product that has worked for her. I tried it and to me it feels more like it vibrates than massages. However, it does help me a little to loosen tight muscles. I love that it has a heat option and multiple pre-programmed massage options to choose from, in addition to low, medium & high. The massage mat is versatile and can be used lying down or sitting in a chair. I like that it has auto shut off in case you fall asleep while using it. There is a pouch on the side with a velcro closure for the remote. I would recommend getting the larger size if available because the smaller one isn't really long enough and I am not that tall. Overall, I think this is a good product and would buy it again.

Have only had this for a few days but I’m very happy. The vibration motors are in just the right places and the intensities are very good. Don’t bother with the Amazon warranty, the seller will give you one for free.

Update: it didn't last long. It worked well the very few times we used it. While it worked, however, we tested the emf near it and it skyrocketed higher than our microwave - into the 500s. Very alarming. This is a radiation emitting device and in a way we're glad we didn't really use it + and that it died so fast. A powerful massager with three intensity levels and several body-area modes. The heating function is fast and cozy, too. It's soft and easy on the body + no scent at all. Usually I have to air things out but this was perfect right out of the box

Maybe I was sitting wrong or what but 2 of the massage balls made part of both sides hurt worse. I found them quite large. The heat inly has one setting which takes a long time to heat up. Other people may not have the same problems, as I have had several back surgeries and have hardware.

It's fantastic. It relaxes me and helps my muscles feel less tense. I can listen to it wherever I need it, and it's easy to use. I love it.

I have a bad back and problems with my legs. This vibration helps a lot. I use it every night several times. Heat can be turned on or off, I like the heat, so I always turn it on & it gets warm, but not hot. This item REALLY helps pain relief! Great value!!

didn't see anything mentioning this is made for short people. no i didn't look at dimensions but assumed i could get most of my bod on the thing. works but feeling left out. Actually, now i look at the title, they snuck in the 53" length. hardly adequate advertising
