I use this every week with an acupressure mat under my back. The instructions for this product recommend only using it for a certain amount of minutes. It takes some time to settle in and adjust to it. Once you have settled and allow your muscles to relax you may wish to stay there longer than recommended! Also, you can adjust it so that it is allowing different muscles to relax. I love it, but do roll away from it when finished as trying to sit up after relaxing your muscles could hurt your neck badly

I originally purchased this product to relieve pain in my upper back and neck area. I have this neck stretcher for a couple weeks now and I have noticed a distinct difference in tension and pain in my mid upper back and neck area. I used to get severe pain in my neck while working at my desk at work but that is essentially all gone. I do the prescribed 10 minutes per day every day of the week and I noticed a reduction in pain after about of week of consistent use. So far I havent had any issue with the product at all it still work the same as it did the first day. Additionally, I've noticed a reduction in headaches that I used to have a work over the past couple of weeks. The ten minute stretches are now part of my routine and I love the product. I couldn't ask for a better result.

Provat ett flertal gången och tycker jag märker skillnad. har haft ont i nacken en hel del det senaste och denna har hjälpt. tror även den har gjort min "bula" mindre. Den är obehaglig i början men man vänjer sig. jag blev nästan illamående de första gångerna när man reste sig efter användning men det sker inte längre.

This looked like a gimmick, but it worked immediately! I was shocked. I don't know why it's a frequently returned item? It literally fixed my neck pain for which I have been going to physiotherapy for for 3 months! I used it twice and I'm fixed. Maybe I should return it since I don't think I need it anymore, lol. Honestly, it will save me hundreds of dollars in physiotherapy.
