I’ve been using this for about two weeks now and plan to continue. I’m always looking for something I can use as a preventative measure and boosting my urinary tract health, especially when it comes to more natural options. And this product does that great! This is a trusted brand that I use several products from. There quality is always consistent and I appreciate the value I receive. So far, this has been easy to incorporate into my routine. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any unpleasant taste, which I appreciate. I also haven’t experienced any side effects, which is a plus. It’s still early, but based on how it’s going so far, I’ll continue using this bottle and plan to reorder as part of a longer-term approach.

I PURCHASED THESE SUPPLEMENTS BECAUSE I RECENTLY HAD TWO URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS. THIS SUPPLEMENT SUPPORTS A HEALTHY URINARY TRACT. I HAVE NOT HAD A THIRD INFECTION, SO I BELIEVE THIS PRODUCT DOES WHAT IT SAYS!!! THAT MAKES IT A GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY! THESE COME IN THE FORM OF CAPSULES AND THEY ARE PRETTY LARGE. I WOULD SAY THAT THEY ARE ABOUT AN INCH LONG. I WOULD SAY THEY ARE NO BIGGER THAN YOUR AVERAGE CAPSULE. YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS IF YOU HAVE A HARD TIME SWALLOWING LARGE CAPSULES. I PERSONALLY PUT THE CAPSULE AS FAR AS I CAN IN MY MOUTH WITH THE CAPSULE POINTING DOWNWARDS. THEY HAVE NO TASTE AND I FIND THEM EASY TO SWALLOW WITH THE METHOD I DESCRIBED. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THERE IS NO HORRIBLE SMELL TO THEM. THERE IS DEFINITELY A SMELL TO THEM, BUT IT IS NOT FOUL OR OVERBEARING I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THEM IF THEY REALLY SMELLED ODD. I AM GOING TO CONTINUE TO USE THIS SUPPLEMENT TO SUPPORT A HEALTHY URINARY TRACT AND I ALSO RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS WHOS URINARY TRACT NEEDS SUPPORTING!!! EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!! This is the best. I was getting a UTI every other month, and since I’ve been taking this, no problems. I’m 71 years old. I don’t take it every day—just when I feel like I’m getting one. I would highly recommend this.

I am 69 and out of the blue started getting UTI’s. I am a widow and not sexually active. I put that in this review because women who are sexually active have a higher incidence of UTI’s. I went to a urologist and was seen by the Nurse Practioner who was just wonderful. She suggested a regimen for me which included D-Mannose. I had never heard of it before and was so glad to see I could purchase it through Amazon. These are capsules with the medicine inside of gelatin capsule. I have no problem swallowing them. For some the capsules might be a little large but I have no problem. There is no taste. I think they a good price as they helped solve my problem. I have been using these for over two years and will continue to take them.

Finally haven't had any UTIs in a good long while. Dr recommended to get something with d-mannose and cranberry, so I went with this brand. Great value product, the XXL bottle lasts me a while since I don't take it everyday. Capsules are very big, and since I take 4 at once instead of 2 twice daily, it's kind of a lot. But as long as you chug water after it's fine. I'm sure you could open them and put in a spoonful of applesauce or chocolate syrup or something. Love this product, will definitely be keeping in my cabinet.

Works great!! I was averaging about 5-6 UTI’s in less than 1 year. NP recommended this and have not had 1 UTI since I started taking 2 a day. And there are no side effects.
