My fasting sugar used to be about 130 for last 10 years. In case of no walking, it goes up to 160 or more. Recently, I have reduced my food from 2 rotis to 1 roti and similar quantity of rice and I included 3 cut pcs of cucumber and 1 pc of apple as starter. After 30 minutes of breakfast and dinner, I am taking the mixed powder of raw Indra jau, raw almond and fried chana dal, my fasting sugar has come down to about 100. So, I find this product is very effective within one week. However, don't change the Allopathic medicines.
