I've had Plantar Fasciitis 3 times now, and the other 2 times it has lasted a year, or more. Got it again for the 3rd time, and was in so much pain, that I was finding it hard to even walk. After buying the BESKAR Foot Massager, and using regularly since I've had it. I have found a huge improvement, massive, I am able to walk properly again. I think another week of using it, my Plantar will be cured.

Great bit of kit, I bought this after starting to suffer with plantar fasciitis during some training runs. I used it everyday to help massage both feet and it seems to definitely be helping. It’s made from a good sturdy plastic and seems really well built. It’s perfect for chucking in your gym bag and is very good value for the price.
