Great fit and excellent quality. I have had the genuine BMW cargo mats, and I would say these are fairly comparable. Not the exact same quality but they do the job just fine!

Floor mats great! Seat backs.... suck
The main floor mats fit well, but the seat backs were missing the velcro to attach to the back of the seats so it would stick. It renders the back seat covers useless
