Great service great product
I received the 1- 160sqft 240v, 1-110v 30sqft and 1-110v 40sqft system. It arrived on time and was surprised it had the little yellow box with the 160sqft 240v system. I had ordered the loud mouth separately so didn't need it. I feel they all were packed well.Installing was not hard but some trial and error as I went. I started with a 30sqft 110v system first. The 1st mistake I made I did not know I needed a base under it for my concrete floors. I used a hot glue gun to secure some sections to concrete that wanted to rise up and then poured a self leveling flooring down encasing wiring. I then put thin set and tiles. The thermostat connected easily.I then preceeded with the 40sqft system in kitchen area doing the same as bathroom but not going as thick on the thinset. Then I perceeded with the 160sqft section. During this time I was in contact with company and they were very helpful and replied quickly to any perceived problems I had. At this time I learned I needed a thin base under wire to keep heat from going down into my concrete loosing efficiency. The rest I finished with a thin coat of thinset only and not leveling compound in-casing the wire.Lesson learned. I watched videos on installing and seen most secured to floor then leveling compound then thinset and tile. However it didn't occur to me these were all wood floors.. It does show on their website they strongly recommend that you use a thin backer cork or somthing similar, I didn't so my fault. However the 160sqft works great the 40sqft works good and the 30sqft works OK but because of such thick leveling compound and thick thinset on the first it is slow to heat and has to run alot.(my fault)I woke up to 32 degree outside temperature and 73 degree inside temp with nothing more for heating than my floor set at 80 degrees. I set the thermostat to keep floors at 80 on cold nights and then 74 during the day so far. I still have to learn and get it tweaked just right. In the end I am pleased with the floor and the customer service is GREAT everyone was so nice and helpful.Hopefully as funds permit I will be purchasing more to do 2 small bedrooms next. The thermostat
