When we bought this I had reservations but it has proved to be a godsend this summer. Although it is not so quiet we do not have it on when we are in the bedroom. We put it on using Alexa and by the time we go to bed the room is down to 16 degrees.

Had it on since around 5pm it’s now 22.00 and my room is sooooo nice a cool . The flexi window kit is a bit tricky and I keep have to fiddle the extractor tube because it pops out of window but so far it’s ok . It does sound like a tractor when aircon kicks in but apparently that’s normal 😳 so the fire alarms have been checked and I’ll prob sleep with one eye on it just in case 🤣 but yea amazing so far 🤣

Omg what a life saver in the summer We accidentally bought 3 as didn’t realise the purchase was going through. When we phoned we couldn’t cancel order as dispatched but said we can return 2 . However we managed to sell the other two to our customers who rates them highly. Quiet to run. East to set up Live the different temp settings too

I does definitely cool the room down, however in hot weather it won't really cool below 22°C. Which is still fine to sleep in. The app works good and you can switch the unit on before you go into the room to cool the room down before you go to sleep. BUT - it's LOUD! when I read the reviews I thought, well yes it will be a little loud that's fine we do have some fans that are quite loud and it doesn't really bother me but this is loud on another level. Like a helicopter taking off. Can't watch TV with it on (unless you have the TV on really loud) . The fan function is really good and feels like cool air is blowing. Am I using it? Yes, because it's just too hot in our bedroom without. Would I buy it again? No, it's just too loud. I can't compare it to similar units as I haven't heard any other ones, so who knows, maybe they are all this loud but I doubt it.

So far this item has been fine and worked well. Purchasers should be made aware that these machines do produce a lot of water - a bucket is a necessity.

It does the job, not the best AC, a bit noisy, like others have said. I would save your money and invest in a Dyson.

Excellent service, ordered afternoon of 1st July arrived next day 12.10 well packaged and in perfect condition. Initialisation, installation and remote control straight forward (though can't get the app to find the device). Needs to be left to stand 24hrs so will not be able to fully assess yet but, initial switch on and very cold air pushed out instantly, so hopes are high.
