Works well..

This powder, which is tasteless can be added to breakfast cereal or mixed successfully into a glass of water/juice or morning beverage. If never taken before, start with the smaller amount and build it up, as it can cause flatulence until your body becomes used to it (common side effect). After a fortnight’s use, there has been a slight difference noted in my bloated abdomen - inasmuch as it’s slightly flatter and I am feeling more energetic. You must however drink plenty of water while using Inulin. As an organic product it comes in a resealable 250g pouch (adding a small scoop would be useful) and, having used a different brand before, I feel this offers better value for money.

This product is great. We use it to feed the bacteria when making Reuteri yoghurt. We had three batches a week for two years without a failure with this. We haven't used it for anything else but I assume it is good as intended.

Actually tastes sweet

Dissolves really well in water, tea and coffee, slight sweet taste but not noticeable when used in hot drinks.

I’ve been taking Inulin Powder for around the last 2 years, as I find it’s a Great Prebiotic to help Balance out the Health of your Gut & Bowel. It has a Mild Sweet Flavour and in fact some people actually use it as an alternative to Sugar to sweeten foods/drinks. The Quality is undoubtedly Good, but the Price is High. For example I can buy 2kg of similar Inulin from a different Manufacturer for just under £24, whereas you only get 250g of this for £9.99 - Therefore, the equivalent price of 2kg of this Inulin would cost £80, which is over three times the price! Overall, despite its Quality and Health Benefits, I unfortunately won’t be buying this particular item again until the Price comes down Massively! Thank you.
