i have used berberine for many years without issue after starting this product, i started to notice mild headaches after a couple of days by the 4th day, i started having these brain buster headaches where every part of your skull is a pain center...completely debilitating i havent had anything like this since i had migraines 40 years ago after stopping the product, they started to recede after about 36 hours now i go to make a return, and Amazon says i cant even return the unopened bottle that i have? sheesh if you try this, make sure you dont order more than one bottle to start disappointed in the Amazon return policy here...be careful Update: the seller has reached out to help me resolve this situation...i really appreciate that have upgraded to 3 stars for good customer service...thanks!

Capsules seem to have some kind of mold or rust. I hadn't realized till halfway through the bottle, I feel disgusted not knowing what I've been taking. Will never buy again. I have bought this brand several times and never had problem but the last order that I got was disappointing and will never buy this brand again.
