YIKES! BE CAREFUL with these things lol. It says 1 for tolerance 2 for beginners euphoria, and so on in increased measures. I did two because I'm 240lbs, good amount of muscle. Holy WOW this stuff took me for a ride. I didn't do it for the high. I did it because there were things I felt I needed to sort out. Connections that I felt still weren't being made in my mind. Long story short I was able to make these connections after going on something of a little bit of roller coaster ride. I had to turn all the lights off in my room and just be comforted by some nice easy classical music while the Kaleidoscope was kind of taking over for a little bit. I did not do anything crazy except for take very academic notes on how I was feeling, but part of it may have been talking myself into remembering that this is okay because it's something that I did to myself for help and for goodness. I made sense of a lot of things and had many hours to think. Small headache afterwards but nothing's in water can't fix and I can definitely tell you that the synergy between my mind and body isn't so oppressively explosive anymore. Almost feels like my mind and body came together and formed a new agreement of how they were going to work together. Newer and better and more efficient and more rewarding. User experiences may differ. Overall good for my first time ever, and I will be sticking with one whole gummy for now with consideration of adding a second one after one and a half to two hours after the first one takes effect. Taking two at once was definitely something that snuck up on me and it felt like lightning struck the top of my skull bypassed my brain and went straight into my consciousness and I was like yeah well we're on this right now so just remember everything is going to be okay and ride it out LOL. Probably it will only amplify the way that you normally think and it won't amplify the typical response you would have to something that is new or unexpected in a way that you can't immediately escape so one should know thyself even at a basic level before attempting to learn about oneself in a manner that is not escapable except by waiting once it has started. I thought that this might be a gimmick it might just be some feel-good Happy Happy Joy Joy stuff but it definitely brought the psychedelic feel and the feel of being able to go on a journey within myself. This is not a substitute for reality and it is not a substitute for replacement for doing really true good mental health work. You may find a reason for it to help every now and again but this is not a replacement for truly doing the work to correct or maintain or create new neural pathways that are good for you. There are no magic pills for life so do not treat these like magic gummies.

Very nice. Works as always . Will buy again . Taste has improved some , still prefer certain flavors over others but glad they’ve improved on it. I definitely appreciate the overall mood and this is my favorite brand / go to. Best product out of any I’ve tried and I never get any negative side effects from it. It’s always consistent. The price isn’t too bad , I can find it a bit lower elsewhere but like having the ability to just order it and have it shipped to me , so not an issue. The texture of each piece is that of a decently formed gummy with bits of sugar sprinkled all over. It isn’t too tough or too chewy. Definitely is relaxing and a great experience every time. Never have I been let down by this product. I was also able to communicate with the seller very quickly when I needed to make changes to an existing order to add additional items. They were so friendly and helpful and quick to respond and while I did have to wait a bit longer than initial shipping / arrival time due to stock being out at the time . They communicated everything with kindness and quickness. Again, I will happily buy in the future. I do recommend that if anyone isn’t very familiar with this product / anyone with no experience with it , please just begin with the minimal amount suggested and see how it works for you. It doesn’t take very long at all for effects to be noticed. Everyone may react differently so please be careful with any product and don’t start out with more than you need. Tolerance is also important to be aware of , as prolonged frequent use will affect the results. Space it out and be sure to have adequate nutrition and hydration . This product has never produced any issues with regards to any chemical in it interfering with any lab work if anyone is concerned over that .. if you are prescribed any ssri medication or have high bp , I don’t recommend, as chemicals will react with serotonin receptors in the brain and any product of this nature can cause serious issues when mixing with certain medications or in patients with certain conditions, so be sure to consult with your physician or avoid if you take ssri medication. As for me, I’ve never had any concerns as this has been such a reliable product with such consistency , but that is my experience. Being sure to have an adequate meal 2 hours or more prior is highly recommended but eating within 2 hour window prior to ingesting is not recommended, as it will influence the way it’s absorbed and processed and result in less effective results or may take longer to digest, resulting in prolonged timing of activation and affect sensations that would otherwise be felt more intensely . The duration of the experience one can expect is approx 4 hours and maybe more depending on diet / timing etc. .. until you know how this product will affect you personally , don’t take during times requiring activities like driving etc. .. actually , just take at night or on a day when you can relax and not have to perform activities that require attentiveness and alertness etc. .. for those who wish to use this to micro dose , it will be a mild but effective product. I’d recommend having a very balanced diet in the days going into using this product but just prior , maintain a lighter diet of fruits , bread or soft foods and avoid heavy protein and fiber intake, as it can affect results and digestive timing. Don’t drink caffeine with this product.. caffeine not only increases HR and BP, which can have adverse effects but can contribute to agitative symptoms and impact the overall mood and experience adversely. Just want to make sure if I’m recommending to anyone , that I make ppl aware of some things to consider bc it’s alwyss best to be careful with any supplement etc, so please take tbe appropriate measures .. also, certain medications can actually stop the effects completely , I’m not sure if it’s possible to list that specifically or not so if I’m able to update with the specifics and further elaborate, I’ll come back and do so. I had a friend/coworker suggest these to me! I’ve been interested in researching about Mushrooms and such and let me tell you, I’m so glad i got suggested these. they tell you the kind of mushrooms in them so i was able to jots down notes on em, so i definitely trust this brand a lot more than most edibles i find at shops. that and i took some with my roommates and they loved them! took em at the pool for starters. i had a blast! there was a slight perception change and every color seemed brighter and i felt super euphoric. I’ve also taken some to journal and just have some me time to reflect on life. if you take it with others make sure it’s people you trust and enjoy being around too! it’s very fun to socialize. having a plan and intention helps to ground yourself if youre feeling a little overstimulated and overwhelmed, that and having friends around who can help! I’m going to be trying others from this brand, this is my go to brand for mushroom gummies for sure. might even get some off the website at some point just to get some with a higher amount of mg lol. i definitely suggest these to those who want to give em a try. I’d say go big or go home, but make sure to try a little and see how you feel first before going all in. but if you decide to go all in thats chill too just be aware!! and have fun!!

I find it to be what I was looking for; but for a person who doesn't know what to expect, it might be pretty intense for You. If it's your first time with this kind of product, consider the following to ensure a good experience: 1) Take a Quarter to a Half of a gummy. If you have never touched this Kind of stuff before you May have an anxiety attack on a full gummy. 2) Sip water. Don't chug it. Your stomach may get gassy, sipping water should help ease it. 3) You may find yourself indecisive if you lack experience with "trippy compounds". Don't use around strangers if it's your first time with "trippy stuff" (don't drive either. Or do anything that requires high degrees of professionalism) 4) You should be fine taking this assuming you have no weird outstanding medical conditions. Just remember to breath if you're having a panic attack. Remember that thoughts are meant to conclude to avoid the "thought loop". All bad experiences will eventually end. Overall I would consider this product enjoyable. Fans of "stimulants" and "downers" may not like this product at all, as it invokes something different. Appears to function as advertised.
