Just what I needed for the 8mm wire I needed plastic could be a bit better quality for the price

This kit comes in a nice little box with a lot of tape to tape and wire to tape connectors. They go together very easy and they function as they should. I found value in this kit because of the price and number of connectors and wires.

Very compact and extremely handy. Works well, I have ordered two already.

I bought these to use for installing COB strip lighting using NAOEVO 20 Gauge Wire 2 Conductor Electrical cable that has a protective sheathing over it. The diameter of the wire with insulation, excluding the outer sheath, is 2.5mm which is too big for these connectors. These connectors do seem to work fine with the typical 20 gauge 2 wire that has no protective sheath and zips apart. The opening for the wire is 1.95mm. The connectors fit over the light strip fine and are simple to crimp down using a pliers. I ended up using a screw type connector for most of my project so that I could use the more robust wire.

Reliable and works as described.

I was really hoping these connectors would simplify my FCOB LED strip install, but they were extremely disappointing. For such a large pack, I expected reliable hardware — instead the connectors were flimsy and inconsistent. A few key issues I encountered: • Several clips cracked during installation even with careful handling. • They didn’t make good electrical contact on my 10 mm FCOB LED strips, leading to flickering and intermittent power loss. • Some connections felt loose and unreliable — not what I expected for something advertised as “firmly fixed” and seamless.  These might work for very light or temporary setups, but they’re not dependable for real LED installs. I ended up buying better connectors elsewhere to get the job done right. Wouldn’t recommend.

Necessary for splicing fcob strips. Better than soldering!
