Like most folks, we had a small crock and used it to store our cooking utensils on our kitchen countertop. I like to bake and have several tools from Rachel Ray collection, a few whisks, a dough hook, several handfuls of wooden tools and sturdy silicone tools. That crock was not sufficient! I LUV these wooden boxes! They are simple with beautiful straight lines and unfussy decor. They are narrow enough to work great for my needs but not take up too much counter space. I bought two b/c I needed so much more space for my kitchen/baking tools. The inserts do come out with some effort (I'm being honest). I'm not bothered though b/c I needed all those individual spaces. I now have all my kitchen/baking tools separated by type/use. I even pulled more tools out of my bottom cabinets to put in these boxes. The wood is strong and sturdy. Do NOT hesitate to buy these if needed.

This utensil holder is great! It’s a good size and it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. If you have a lot of utensils then this is the one to get to free up drawer space and avoid the hassle of digging thru a drawer looking for a spatula.

Wanted something to hold all my kitchen utensils, and still look good on my counter. This is great, holds all the utensils and keeps them together.

Quality was rather poor considering the price. Item was dirty and edges for inserts were crumbly and bleh. That being said, I do like the design. It works well for my small kitchen with minimal counter space...much more organized than my previous carousel style one. I like that I can press it up flat against the side of my fridge and all utensils are easily visible and accessible. The black also blends in with the black side of my fridge so it's visually less cluttered. Simple, suitable. Fits all my regularly used utensils and the four compartments make it convenient to organize and sort and then access items.

Why hasn’t someone come up with this before? Beautiful wood utensi holder sits up against the backsplash saving room. It holds more pieces so everything it out there when you need it. Love this idea instead of old cylinder holder that I’ve used for years.

These wood boxes are very nice, and take up very little space on my counter. I don't use them for kitchen utensils, I use them to hold packets of hot chocolate mixes. They set next to my Keurig, but are hardly noticeable.

It does what it should and looks nice
