My bottle doesn't have a seal. Is it meant to be sealed underneath the cap?

Why 6g added sugar & a preservative??

Yes, I was wondering about that too. 6 gms of sugar is 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar in two teaspoons of the cough syrup!!!

I unfortunately got this for an elderly adult woman not a kid. My old eyes did not read correctly. However despite buying the wrong formula it still helped with Mom's cough. Just reordered the correct formula for her new cough and am hopeful it will speed up the recovery process.
