Ok soles but are way too small
They don’t fit a size 4 shoe. More suited for a size 3 or 2

Stick well and good cushion
I love these! Bought them for open back sandals as didn’t want typical insoles on show. They blend in well with the inner sole of the shoe, stick perfectly and give a nice cushion to hard shoes.
