Good ingredients
This stuff is good ingredients and good value for the money. I only wish it was sugar free and sweetened with a natural substitute like monk fruit. Taste-wise it doesn't really taste like anything. Not even chocolate. So if you want a neutral taste then this is it. That may be the only other downside. It doesn't taste awful due to the sugar, but it doesn't taste great either. It is not "sweet" tasting or "chocolate" in flavor.

Never buying again
The worst protein powder I’ve ever tasted. Because of the simple and clean ingredients (which is what I was looking for) I figured it would taste like a healthier protein powder, but I didn’t expect it to taste this bad. It’s super chalky and earthy tasting. I would blend it in the blender with almond milk, a frozen banana, peanut butter, and honey and that’s the only way it was tolerable. I got the chocolate one and it tastes nothing like chocolate. I also found a chunk of red plastic inside the container when scooping it out. Would not have been good to swallow!

Good quality and protein
I have been using Naked Pea protein for several months now. Like that out of the 38g serving size you get 25 g of protein. My one negative about it was the taste and gritty texture, but I solved that by adding 3 packets of truvia which is a artificial sweetener and using an immersion blender to blend it all with about 15 ounces water ice cold water.

No gas, but tastes like a$$
Pro: No gas or upset stomach at all anymore! I’m lactose intolerant, so whey proteins are horrid for me. I tried plant based and other pea proteins and my stomach was still a mess. I have a hard time getting my protein in and I was at my wits end. My doctor finally told me to find a pea protein without the artificial sweeteners because they tend to cause a lot of gas as well. My husband went on the hunt for no whey or artificial sweeteners, and NAKED PEA Protein is what he found. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. I no longer have gas or upset stomach 24/7. Con: It tastes like a$$. It’s literally grainy gross. I do two scoops with 24oz of water. The first time I drank it I almost threw up. But after awhile, I’m used to it and it doesn’t phase me (which is good cause I wouldn’t let the tub go to waste). I got the chocolate one. I literally only mix it with water. I’m sure it might be ok if mixed with something else or added to the blender with fruit, but water is quick and fast for me on the go. I am glad I got this. I wish I was higher protein for two scoops you have to use to get to 25g, but it is what it is. In the end, I am glad I can enjoy a protein shake post workout and not have an upset stomach with farting my husband out of bed later. He’s happy too- he can finally wax his nose hairs again without fear of dying of toxic fumes in his sleep. 🙃

Awesome nutrition.
There are many different protein products out there. The most bought is probably whey protein (made out of milk). In many cases whey is not the healthier option, but it definitely gets the job done. This product met my need of having a healthier protein supplement (it is NON-GMO) at a decent price. This product has no dye, there are 3 only ingredients, and there aren't any significant nutrition facts spikes (e.g. for every scoop there is 20% daily value of cholesterol which wouldn't be good.). This blend of yellow peas gives you protein and nothing else you don't need. I wanted to compare a popular whey protein. On the optimum nutrition website, a 2lb gold standard whey protein tub sells for $50. There are 29 scoops, and each scoop is 24g of protein ~ 696g of protein for $50 = 13.92g of protein per $1. Naked protein is $58. There are 120 scoops per tub and there is 25g protein per 2 scoops ~ 3000g of protein for $58 = 51.7g of protein per $1. I have been taking this for a few years, and some may say that the flavor may take a little to get used to but remember, what is healthiest for you most likely doesn't taste good. I usually put a little more peanut butter to balance the chalky flavor and it works.

Not my fave
The quality of this protein powder is good, but MAN I cannot stand the taste. I legit feel like I'm eating dried peas with a little bit of cocoa powder. Yuck. I'll be switching back to the Naked Whey chocolate once I use this up. As a pro, this doesn't make me bloated like whey protein can. But I'll never purchase this again due to the taste!

If this had tasted good, it would have been perfect.
I need you all to understand that this tastes both clean and also pretty bad at the same time, but it almost cannot be defeated based on the simplicity of the ingredients list and the macros coupled with this price point. But the taste, oh man. It smells like chocolate, but it tastes a little bit like bitter tree bark. It is not sweet at all, and even if you mix it in a shaker bottle for the recommended time, it's still a bit chalky/gritty. I am using water to mix this, and no added fruits, nut butters, etc., because I am trying to un-fat myself and can't afford the extra calories. I'm going to try to find a sugar free liquid sweetener to add to it, because 5lbs is a lot to choke down with this taste. I wish they had just added some maltodextrin and called it good. It's not the worst I've ever had, that trophy goes to Now Sports brand Unflavored Pea Protein (which tastes like a rabbit shat and urinated on a haybale and you've decided to blend it and drink it). It's just disappointing that this was so close to being perfect but they absolutely lost the plot on flavor.

Have tastebuds? Save them and pass on this product!
I’ve read the reviews, I knew what I was signing up for but I took the chance anyways. I first tried one of the Naked Shake’s flavors and was really impressed (have since reordered more of the Naked Shake’s) so I thought I would give this a shot. I am no stranger to protein powders and have had my share of the good, the bad, and the ugly. For me, there are a few dealbreakers; 1. Macronutrients 2. Mixability 3. Flavor The macros in this powder are a little more middle of the road as I typically look for something with a better protein to carb ratio and this has more carbs than I usually aim for. The mixability is below average and that was clear within the first few uses. The first time I added water and then walked away, only to return a few minutes later and find a COMPLETELY SOLID formation in my bottle. Apparently I had not added enough water but there was no saving that serving so that went to the trash. The second time I made sure to add more water and it seemed to mix great until after a couple of minutes had past and everything settled to the bottom. And now for the flavor. Like I mentioned above, I’m no stranger to protein powders and have experienced some pretty nasty ones, however this one takes the cake. I like my powder to show some versatility and be good for all uses, whether that’s in a smoothie or by itself with a liquid of your choice. 1st attempt, water: nope, hard pass. Chaulk. Paste. No hint of chocolate whatsoever. Not even a bland protein powder taste, just gross. 2nd attempt, almond milk: this can sometimes be a lifesaver for lackluster powders, but almond milk didn’t even stand a chance. Once was enough to decide this was not fair to almond milk and no more would be wasted for the cause. 3rd attempt, smoothie: even the worst of the worst powders have typically been able to be salvaged and had a use as an addition to a smoothie. Added the powder with the normal ratios to a smoothie - nope, this over powered EVERYTHING. It wasn’t until I added nearly a pound of blueberries that I could taste anything aside from this protein powder. I try to avoid wasting food or supplements so I will hold onto this for awhile longer, but I’m really doubting I’ll be able to get through the entire container. And needless to say, I won’t be ordering again. Save your money (and your tastebuds), look elsewhere.

Personaly I don't like the taste and the texture
Maybe the quality of the product it's high, this is the reason why I bought it, due the natural ingredients., but personaly I don't like the taste and the texture. Taste as a sour stuff. Someone said mushy peas, and could be similar and the texture is so think. Doesn't taste a ls a chocolate flavour. I feel I have waste my money due I'm feeling sick when I try it. I wanted to buy a small size but they didn't have any smaller than 2kg.

Amazing!
The health benefits alone make this protein worth it. Literally only 3 ingredients! I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying the taste isn’t the best. But honestly, it is to be expected when consumed alone. It’s ground up peas and cocoa powder lol I make a smoothie, very simple, 4 ice cubes, 3/4 cup water, 1 frozen banana, 2 scoops protein and 1 tbsp of nut butter. Legit tastes like a dessert. Will never buy any other protein. You guys better stay in business forever 😁

Not nice
Ordered this protein as a replacement for my regular nuzest, which has now gone up to £50 a kg! This tastes really bad, even when blended with all sorts the bitter taste remains. I’m struggling to choke any of this down and am likely to bin the rest which is a massive shame.

Tastes absolutely terrible and the texture is even worse!
Texture and taste are terrible. I messaged Naked Nutrition about this through amazon and they never responded. It has been over a week. I then messaged them through their website and they said they won't return open products and told me to look at their recipes. So now I'm stuck with 5lbs of disgusting protein powder. We really love the Whey proteins from Naked Nutrition. This has literally and figuratively put a bad taste in my mouth and I will be taking my business elsewhere now. Between my wife and I we order a ton of protein every year. I'm surprised this company won't take care of their customers better.

Great for Lactose Intolerance, but Taste Could Be Better
As someone who is lactose intolerant, I’ve been looking for a protein powder that works for me, and this pea protein powder has been a great choice. It keeps me full and provides a solid boost of protein without any issues. I’ve noticed good results with it in terms of energy and satiety. However, the taste is not the best – it’s a bit earthy, but it’s still manageable when mixed with smoothies or other flavors. Overall, it’s a great option for those with lactose intolerance!
