Does the jacket have any pockets inside

The coat DOES NOT have any pockets inside, only the two as seen in the image. That said, it is an excellent coat! I write from the Highlands of Scotland where I have been out in some seriously wet weather and the rain has not got through. In combination with the leggings you are protected from rain and wind. Hope this helps.

What is the difference between styles 220 and 221? Is it only details?

The main difference is the 221 is breathable. Any item of ours with Air in the title is.

Zip, can you unzip from the bottom eg for sitting down?

You can't, the 221 doesn't have a double zip. It doesnt stop/start at the waistband hem, it is higher up to aid sitting down anyway

Is it fleeced inside the coat

The coat is not fleece lined, but has a soft very thin lining to give it some ability to breathe. It's an excellent coat and tremendous value.
