Well made. Easy to assemble thanks to having the hardware for each step in separate bags. I upgraded from a Ray 5 10W that I was very pleased with but with the 20 my cut times are cut in half. Also engravings seem to have better definition of image details. I had some questions that I needed assistance from tech support and they have been very helpful. Another reason why I chose this machine was that it received good reviews from several experts on Youtube some said that it was comparable to Xtool machines.. I also purchased a Longer camera and it was easily installed and both work well with Lightburn. Definitely a good buy for any novice. Big performance with small cost, always a plus.

This was a gift from my husband. An upgrade from my creality10W. This is a great machine! Idk why it sounds like whale songs, but it cuts like a hot knife thru butter! It was super easy to put together and once I got everything zeroed in, it works like a dream. Longer also has an extension kit to accommodate larger projects, I got the X-axis extension for under $100. I will be getting the Y-axis extension as soon as I get a bigger work table. Lol. Customer support is quick to address any concerns! I will definitely be staying with Longer for my laser needs!

I have had this and used for some time and it works fine, slow compared to a CO2 as it has less power. Its a diode laser with good construction and design, yes I would recommend.

Had problems with our new laser. There is not clear instructions to get it going. I had to learn most off of YouTube. The timing and consistency was still way off. So I tried to call Amazon and Longer 3d for help Amazon was good Longer 3d was horrible. First they never are able to accept a call then you leave a message they call back and send email about engraving when my problem at that point was cutting shapes for mother day crafts. So I kept trying research online. Finally longer 3d emails me back acts like they will help and kept sending me messages about cleaning the window on laser head. And wanting me to restart a machine that is less than 2 weeks old. Then they want to see my proof I bought machine so I sent it to them but I had already started a return. They send me a email about changing the motherboard that would have to take some time coming from china. I told them I could not wait so they said sent the date I bought it. Like I stole it or trying to scam them so I did that also. Thinking they would at least help me out somehow. And asked if I still had laser. I told them yes then when I sent the proof of purchase again it says return started so they sent back an email that they would help me with a return label. I wanted to get the extra options for my laser from longer 3d. I was going to just get a replacement but I think I will be looking at different companies now that I have had over a week of headaches from LONGER3d. Garbage customer service and communication.

Well built product, easy to use, easy to assemble. Customer service was great, thanks Asta. After a month, the laser head faulted, but they got me a replacement and I haven't had a problem since. Definitely a great value compared to other 20W lasers.

En serio alguien diseñó el puerto usb por encima de la pantalla? Adicionalmente, por qué no pudieron poner una única fuerte de alimentación para la bomba de aire y el controlador a la vez?

So far so good. I have never engraved before, it was easy to figure out assembly with instructions provided. I'm using the FREE LaserGRBL software and inkscape for the designs. That's a bit of learning curve but with YouTube university it's easy to learn. I've made a few keychains and plan on expanding my abilities slowly. Highly recommend would almost suggest getting the 10w to cut through thicker materials. It does .13" fine with 1 pass but would like to do .25". Had it assembled and engraving the 1st day so that's a plus.

Ich bin fasziniert. Das Wichtigste zuerst! Nicht in einem Raum mit einem Rauchmelder anfangen. Dann zum Produkt. Installation sehr einfach. die Schrauben sind schon nummeriert. Einfach der Dummy-Anleitung folgen und in ein paar Minuten ist es fertig. Die SD-Karten beinhalten die Bedienungsanleitung und Software zum Laser. Sorgfältig lesen und das Programm starten. Dann den Laser mit der Connect-Taste über einen beliebigen COM-Anschluss verbinden und ein Bild auswählen und schon kann es losgehen. Brille aufsetzen In ein paar Sekunden ist mein Beispielbuchstabe F fertig. Das ist das tollste Geschenk für mich. Was mir noch fehlt, ist eine Tabelle mit den Abmessungen.

Tolles Produkt.

Habe gerade mit dem gravieren angefangen und habe mich für ein billiges Modell entscheiden. Anfangs war ich ein bisschen enttäuscht da ich keine runden kreise anfertigen hab können jedoch nach einigen Einstellungen und probieren funktioniert das nun ganz gut. Wenn man Sachen ausschneiden will sollte man sich auf jeden Fall einen stärkeren Laser als 5w holen funktioniert so auch aber man braucht 3-4 Durchgänge. Im großen und ganzen ist es jedoch eine tolle Maschine für Einsteiger wie mich. Kann man auf jeden Fall machen für den preis.

Für hobbyzwecke und zum Einstieg reicht er allemal aus. es dauert bei größeren Laserdatein länger, aber daher ja nur die 5 W
