Amazing!
Literally amazing! Read so much about magnesium and helping sleep but ignored it as I tried everything and nothing worked so why would this, 4 year old severly autistic son was waking up 3 times a night bought this 3 days ago he has slept through the night 3 days straight and even having a nap in the day!! He seems happier and less agitated doesn’t have a problem with taste 10 drops in his juice and doesn’t notice at all

Absolute GODSEND!! I have not slept since 2024 My toddler has been co sleeping and up atleast 3x a night never settles I started magnesium in her nighttime bottle last week.. last night she slept from 10pm-9am in her COT I’m still in shock as I’ve tried everything and finally something has worked She settled straight away no fuss now and wakes up so much happier

Best way to get toddlers to sleep.
So I read online about children's magnesium being the cause of a lot of problems. My son struggled to sleep and stay asleep. Not a problem on this. My son had dark circles around his eyes. Not with this. He would get irritable and be moody. Not with this.when he took this his eczema wasn't as bad nor his asthma not sure if that was related though. But I was glad to finally get some sleep at night.

Bitter Taste
Quite bitter, hence the 4 stars! Adding to kids juice and they can’t taste it this way!

Very disappointed and taste awful
I have noticed no difference at all. Stays its tasteless but it definitely isn't. Has a awful taste so if yiur child only drinks water then I'd avoid this. My little one does have squash and can still slightly taste it in that too. Don't waste your money on this product.

Noticeable improvements
We seen signs of improvement in our 2 year old who has autism, it also helped our 3 year old get back into a better sleeping pattern.

Has really help with unwinding after a long day for the whole family. The children are more regulated
