Very beneficial.

Unfortunately I'll never be able to tell if this product is any good for my child's health, the taste is so strong and bitter, even diluted in water or juice is impossible to hide it :(

Do not buy it, very bitter and you cannot hide it in anything as it will make everything bitter even the spoon taste is bad after using it.I cannot tell the benefits because it is to bitter for babies to drink it.
