Good for adults , too
I use this product to help me sleep ( im an adult). I love the taste and the fact that it relaxes me but doesn’t knock me out. They don’t appear to make this exact bottle and taste any longer, as I’ve looked at several places including Amazon. The new bottle and taste are good but not as great. No am side effects.

Definitely recommend !
This is amazing! My daughter had such a bad cough at night time, it would keep me up all night and I felt so bad for her, so I bought this. Not only did it help her actually sleep all night (which she didn’t because she’s a breastfeed baby) but she either didn’t cough or only coughed once ! I give it to her right before bed and it helps her fall asleep faster as well. I Love this product! She is 17 months for reference and I’ve used it for a week now
