It works
My lips were so chapped and bleeding that I was in literal pain. This product helped me get back my smooth lips. It is a bit thick and not very easily spreadable but I think that is how it is designed so that it 'cocoons' your skin and keeps on through the night instead of melting away. Try it...your lips will thank you for this
