Very comfortable! Easy to assemble.

Installation is simple; all the screws can be installed with the included screwdriver. The fabric of the headrest, seat, and backrest is breathable and durable. Having only one layer of fabric means it's also easy to clean. Even with a 200-pound person sitting on it, the support is strong with no sagging. Most notably, the lower back support is excellent. It feels much better than my Embody chair.

I originally received a chair where the lumbar kept falling down after it was set, but Hbada reached out to me after I returned it and made sure I was well taken care of. While the chair does need some additional important ammenities, like being able to slide back the arm rest and set the maximum tilt back, it's a really comfy chair for the money, and their customer support is excellent!

There's lots of things to like about this chair. Airy, lots of adjustments, nice tall back for us tall folks, comfortable seat. The one thing that I found disqualifying was the lumbar portion - even in its most recessed position, it still protrudes too far our for my back and how I sit, which is pretty straight up, so it causes my lumbar to arch uncomfortably forward from my upper back and creates back discomfort. Will be returning it.

The chair is comfortable, but after 1 year it stopped staying at the correct height such that I have to re-position the chair height every morning when I get to the office. For such a high-end/expensive product, I expected that basic components would work properly. I have reached out to support & will update if they fix the problem.
