Will a 1500w heater heat a 12 x 12 foot room.

Yes. You'll need to set aside about a million quid for your electricity bill though if you're going to use this as a main form of heating.

What do they cost to run per hour ?

Hi, around 15-20 pence but they are thermostatically controlled so they will turn on and off to maintain the temperature set so they are cost efficient.

How much warranty do these heaters have?

The one I bought said 10years.If your thinking about one I think it's the most stylish one I've seen and I love it and it works so well.

If i replace my economy 7 storage heaters with these do i have to change my fuse box?

Hi, you will need to switch from your Economy 7 tariff to a standard electricity tariff, to change your energy tariff you will need to phone your supplier and have a new electricity meter fitted. Most suppliers will do this for free.
