This product is a game changer! I have been using it for a week, and prior to that I suffered from constant low back, hip, SI joint, and leg pain. Since using it my entire hip/back region has loosened right up and I have ZERO pain. I mean ZERO pain. For the first time in years I've been able to load some decent weight on a barbell and deadlift pain free as well. It appears to work amazingly and I'm just a week in. I don't know what else to say, after using it on my lower back, psoas and hip joint, without too much attention paid to tutorial and instructions, just applying pressures around where my physio used to. Semmes expensive, right? It a patented piece of plastic that could go for 15 euros. But think about feeling way better every day and improving your posture after just 3 minutes used lying on the floor.

Great item. Works well and will help of you have psoas tightness and use this properly and consistently with a regular yoga practice or a stretching program. It’s worth 6 stars to anyone with mid body tightness, clicky hip, low back glute or hammy issues. A+++

Realistically, this works very well for the psoas muscles (and yes, you can use it on your lower back and many other places). It's a great addition to have, and especially to incorporate into your stretching routine. My only criticism is the price is way to high for what it is.... That mark-up is insane. You can Mimic this gadget accurately with two lacross balls.... BUT if you want the real deal, and can justify spending the $$ on this overpriced gadget....you won't be disappointed. BUT remember, this isn't a magic fix ! You must do this daily, if not minimum 3x per week to really feel results. So know, this tool requires discipline for true benefits and it can be very painful... especially in the beginning

Once you’ve gotten over the fact that you’ve paid probably £60 odd for a piece of plastic you’re going to do alright with this!! I’ve always had tight hip flexors and stretching never quite hit the mark. I’ve tried stretches, foam rollers attempted to self release it. All sorts! The only thing that’s ever eased it is a physiotherapy massage session......until I got this! Check out their your tube channel (or a quick guide in the box) and there’s loads of info on best ways to use it. Working your way through the muscles with a lot of controlled breathing really helps to ‘sink into it’ and release the pressure and tightness I’ve had After a couple of times using it my hips feel looser and I’ll be up shaking about like shakira in no time! Yes it’s an expensive product, but it compares price wise to one physiotherapy session whereas you have a whole lifetime of use with this Hopefully you found this helpful
