Power Bank, 20,000mAh 87W Portable Charger, Built-in USB-C Cable

Excellent bit of kit. It is heavier than my other Anker power bank and quite a bit bigger, but it feels very sturdy. Nice clear power percentage icon so you can see immediately how much power it has left. I charged my phone from completely flat as a test to see how much power it would use and it used just a little over 20%, so it's good for at least 4 full charges of a Samsung S26. Built in power cable is handy and tucks away really neatly, so it won't snag or catch on anything in a bag and you won't lose the lead. It's compatible with my S26, my partners S23 and my Galaxy Tab S11. It charges up quite quickly as well, much quicker than my old one. It wouldn't fit in my coat pocket as easily like my old one, so that's something to bear in mind if you want to carry it with you, it would be better in a bag as it is quite big. But very impressed for the price.

This is a good quality charger from a respected brand. Unlike some cheaper ones I have bought in the past, this one has been totally reliable. The captive cable is more useful than I expected (always available if you forget to bring a charging cable) - I rarely use anything except usb-c these days. It charges quickly and holds the charge well. The only drawback I’ve found is that you cannot charge the power bank and charge a device from the power bank at the same time (which would be helpful if there is only one charge port available, especially if it’s a slow one), but that’s a very minor point.

I will update this review in the future if this (relatively minor issue) persists. ***UPDATE : This was a one off, and has not occurred since the first charge*** However, I am very happy to know it takes around 1hr to ‘fully’ charge, so any last minute trips will be covered with a quick blast of charging. I should point out the charger I was using for this is the Amazon Basics 63w wall charger (model-B087S3HZ3P). https://amzn.eu/d/0aXRbjlW Charging my iPhone 16 pro max using the inbuilt USB-C cable. * = percentage remaining on battery pack. 10% charged (starting point) 25% charged @ 7mins *95%* 50% charged @ 22 mins *86%* 75% charged @ 45 mins *77%* 100% charged @ 110 mins (1hr 50m) *66%* As expected the last quarter charged considerably slower (especially the final 10%). However, a 40% increase in the first 20mins is phenomenal. It seems perfectly compatible with my phone. And the above percentages would indicate I could charge my phone to 75% up to four times. The battery pack weighs 426g according to my kitchen scales, compared to my iPhone 16pro max which weighs 277g (including case). Although I would not exactly describe it as light, it’s certainly not intrusive when in a pocket and would sit unnoticed in a bag. The size is slightly smaller than my iPhone and roughly twice the thickness. The quality is what I’ve come to expect from Anker. It feels solid and very well made with no creaks when pushing on the corners. The attached USB-C (IQ3) cable feels like it would take considerable and deliberate effort to damage it, and it neatly tucks away when not in use. The cable is approximately 16cms (6.5 inches) in length, which is relatively short and would require the user to either hold the pack whilst using a phone or to prop their device next to the battery pack, I would recommend using your own (much longer cable) if you wish to use your phone whilst charging. However always having an inbuilt emergency cable is a huge positive, and its length shouldn’t detract from the convenience this provides. It is also an in/out, so you could plug this in to a power adapter to charge the battery pack. The two ports ontop of the device are one USB-A (IQ2) and one USB-C (IQ3). The USB-C acts as an in/out port so this is where you would plug in a cable to charge (you can also use the built in cable to charge the powerbank). The black coloured version is prone to fingerprint marks, which admittedly are easy to wipe off and remove. The display only shows the remaining battery percentage, it is nice and bright and easy to read. Overall I am extremely impressed with this charger and I highly recommend it.

Received this today but so impressed I wanted to leave a review now as I am so pleased with it. Its a solid Powerbank, definitely heavy for 20000mah (but I like that) still ok to travel with. My previous Powerbank was 27000 mah from Charmast which ended up splitting and expanding after 4-5 years of use, took forever to charge it and to charge iphone 13 and 16 pros. This one looks so neat I feel like I have had a new phone, slight mark on the right near the display but am ok with that. I have also bought an Anker lead and power adaptor (see photos). I put the powerbank on (first) charge from 5% which is what it was when I received it, total time to fully charge from 5% to 100% was 1hr 36 mins, didn’t seem to slow down at all even at the 90% -100%, maybe the Anker 65 watt adaptor and the Anker 100 watt usb c to usb c played a role, not sure. Powerbank never got hot just warm and its 27 degrees here atm. Never had Anker products before but you have got an extra fan now. Will update the review in a months time.

Its good. Fast charging. Its like a brick. The annoying thing is the cord that won't flex enough.

This is incredible. Holds charge for forever and will happily charge multiple phones/speakers. Will charge my laptop from empty to full in one charge. Supports 'super fast charging' on Samsung. Used this as the power for a fan for an inflatable costume. Used it all night. Left it in my friend's car. Didn't see it again until December. Turned it on 2x months after the party and with all the use of the fan and it was at 89%! Just outstanding. Robust, handy and easy to slip into pocket.

I've owned a lot of power banks over the years, but they all had the same problem: they were useless if I forgot to bring the right cable. This Anker 20,000mAh power bank completely solves that. The built-in USB-C cable is an absolute game-changer. It tucks away neatly into the side of the unit, and it means I can just grab the power bank and go, knowing I have everything I need to charge my phone. The capacity is massive. 20,000mAh is enough to charge my phone (a Samsung Galaxy) at least three to four times from empty, with some juice still left over. It's perfect for a long weekend away, a festival, or just for those busy days when I'm away from a wall socket for a long time. It also charges my tablet and headphones without any issues. Beyond the built-in cable, it's also got a standard USB-C port (which works as both an input to charge the power bank and an output) and a USB-A port, so you still have the flexibility to charge older devices or help out a friend who has a different type of phone. The charging speed from the built-in cable is great, supporting fast charging for my phone. In terms of design, it's about what you'd expect for a high-capacity bank – it's got some heft to it, but it's slim enough to slide into a backpack or a large coat pocket without being too obtrusive. There's also a handy little button on the side with a circular display that shows you the exact percentage of battery remaining, which is much better than the vague four-dot systems on older models. Power Bank is a solid and reliable charger with plenty of battery capacity for everyday use or travel. It feels well built, charges devices quickly, and does exactly what you need. The only downside is that it’s a little bulky, but that’s expected with a battery this size.

Excellent power pack. Have used it on my travels and it will charge two samsung Galaxy S25 F phones fully no problem. Separately it will also charge one Samsung Galaxy S10 FE with enough charge left to almost charge a phone. This product is great for long trips. I use google maps a lot and found it would drain my battery down towards late afternoon. Just plug this pack in and charge on the go. The attached charging cable is a great feature and stows neatly into the batteries side, however it could be a little longer. It's a little heavy but to get the extra juice requires the extra weight. I've carried it in my backpack and it's not noticeable for me. Overall great product if you're looking for that extra charge out of one battery pack.

Really great power bank. Yes it's big and heavy but it's powerful! Charges phones several times, fast! And the charge two things at once feature is very convenient. Highly recommend.

A large capacity (20,000 mAh) Power Bank is an excellent (2nd) buy for me. It meets my charging requirement of outdoor/in travel use of my 17" laptop, two cell phones, and a mini fan. 87 W power is more than adequate. Does not heat up at all. I found it to be quite sturdy and handy. It has a long backup after a full charge, a really fast charger at that. A short charging cable with a USB-C connector reduces line losses.

Ich habe mich bewusst für die Anker A1383 entschieden, da ich eine leistungsstarke und zuverlässige Powerbank für mein Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 und zukünftig auch für das Fold7 gesucht habe. Besonders überzeugt mich die Kombination aus hoher Akkukapazität, Ladeleistung und praktischer Ausstattung. Das integrierte USB-C-Kabel ist eine wirklich sinnvolle Lösung, da man nicht ständig ein zusätzliches Kabel mitnehmen muss. Auch das Display mit der prozentualen Anzeige des Akkustands gefällt mir ausgesprochen gut. So weiß man jederzeit genau, wie viel Energie noch zur Verfügung steht. Mit bis zu 65 Watt über USB-C bietet die Powerbank ordentlich Leistung. Besonders praktisch finde ich außerdem, dass sich mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig anschließen lassen und insgesamt bis zu 87 Watt zur Verfügung stehen. Ein weiteres durchdachtes Detail ist der spezielle Lademodus für kleinere Geräte wie Smartwatches oder Kopfhörer. Für mein Galaxy Z Fold5 ist die große Energiereserve besonders interessant. Je nach Nutzung und Ladeverlusten sind ungefähr drei bis vier vollständige Akkuladungen möglich. Damit ist man auch bei längeren Unternehmungen deutlich unabhängiger von Steckdosen. **Mein Fazit:** Die Anker A1383 bietet genau die Eigenschaften, die ich von einer modernen Powerbank erwarte: hohe Leistung, vielseitige Anschlussmöglichkeiten, ein integriertes Ladekabel und eine übersichtliche Ladestandsanzeige. Eine durchdachte Powerbank, die sowohl für Smartphones als auch für andere mobile Geräte bestens geeignet ist. **Von mir gibt es dafür verdiente 5 Sterne!**

This powerbank is amazing. Charges my devices so fast and also recharges amazingly fast when charged with an authentic 65watt GAN charger (i used anker 65w GAN charger). I've never seen a powerbank charge that fast before like this one. It's perfect in size and shape, not heavy and not light. It's worth the price and worth having as a backup power pack. Highly recommended
