I gotta say, I was a bit skeptical of the peel and the items that came with it, but I was pleasantly surprised! I don’t have another pizza peel I can compare it to, but from the several times I’ve used it so far, it’s worked great! The only thing that felt a little cheap was the sauce spoon, let’s be honest… you’re not buying this bundle for the sauce spoon lol.When stretching out my dough, I coat it in semolina, which helps with it not sticking. But it came on and off the peel with no issues. I have yet to use the turning peel, but it seems like it would do the job just fine.The pizza cutter is very sharp and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Same with the dough cutter. The metal is actually pretty thick. The kit even came with a Phillips head screwdriver to assemble the peel itself. Kind of a nice little perk haha!

If you are in need of a great starter set for making homemade pizza then look no further! I love that this one has everything you need!

A few months ago I purchased a pizza oven, in my attempts to be more culinary, and also got this set of pizza peels and other tools at the same I've been using it for several months, I must say that I absolutely love it. Quality of all of the tools are great, and the length is perfect for my application. The tools that are included like the pizza cutter as well as the needle and the turn makes us a complete set for making pizza.The surface of the peel it's quite non-stick and so slides off very easily. Everything feels very high quality and sturdy as well. I like this set more than the other stuff that I purchased cuz it's easy to clean as well.

This is an absolutely beautiful kit with all the essentials for making Neapolitan pizza! Honestly it might be the best deal you can find. The peel and turning peel are beautifully crafted with a clean and sturdy non-stick coating. The turning peel can be used at great lengths with a sliding bar that helps to articulate the head of the peel. The perforations in the 14 inch peel are perfect for removing excess flour and are totally smooth on top. I can’t tell you how much easier non stick peels are over straight stainless steel. Maybe some would consider this cheating over how easy it is!As for the other accessories they are decent. Agreeably the ladle is probably the cheapest feeling but all the parts function great and are well made enough. Because of the open design the cutter is actually easier to clean than most. This kit even includes a good phillips head screwdriver with a long skinny head that might be useful around the house. Since I make pizzas in a small space I really like the optional length of the turning peel.There isn’t a better kit on the internet if you want to get everything at once and have good non-stick functionality! No more pizzas stuck to the peel, and if you’re making Neapolitan pizza you need this. The peel actually comes in at about 13.5 inches perfect for even smaller 14 inch ovens. These tools are just beautiful, clean with the ease of a single wipe, and work great. Thoughtful function at a great deal is hard to come by and TKC doesn’t miss!

One thing I love to do is make homemade pizza in my outdoor pizza oven. I make everything myself including the dough and sauce. I'm always looking for new tools to use with my pizza oven so I was happy to come across this TKC Perforated Pizza Peel Bundle with 14 Inch XL Peel and 9-inch Pizza Turning Peel Ultimate Set with Dough Cutter, Pizza Cutter Wheel and Sauce Ladle - Commercial Grade Pizza Spatula on Vine. I went ahead and requested it and after a couple of uses I'm impressed with the quality and how this set has everything I need to make some great pizza.I love that the bundle provides me with all the tools I need and use including the 9-inch turning peel and perforated peel which is my favorite type to use as I have the best results with launching the pizza into the oven with this peel. I love that they even give you a sauce ladle, dough cutter and pizza cutter.I love the quality of each item as they work very well and feel very strong and durable.I love that they are very easy to use and very easy to clean.I can say without a doubt this is a perfect pizza peel bundle for beginners or advanced pizza chefs like myself and one that I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars.

Poor quality and impossible to get a refund

At the outside, it is fair to state that I found the aesthetics of the pieces not strong. The gray metal and red handle parts are obvious from the photos; unfortunately the red plastic-ish handles on many items make them look cheap and cheaply made -- and therefore likely to have a short life. In addition, the "dough cutter" would be effective at cutting dough, but it looks more like a putty knife than any dough-blade I have encountered.On the positive side, it ships in a fairly small box because the poles need to be assembled for the longer items, which may make storage easier if they are not used frequently. And the set has a mammoth rolling cuter, and two different peels -- small round and large square -- so has some flexibility .But just can't get past the aesthetics. Your milage may vary.

This pizza peels are quite large in this kit. This kit is somewhere in between normal household use and professional use. I would not consider it heavy-duty enough for commercial use. Then again, the peels are so large (length wise), that they're difficult to store unless you have a large pantry.The 9" peel has a handle length of 48" long. You can shorten that by removing the center extension, but it's not a quick process as it requires it to be unscrewed from both ends.The 14" peel has a total length of 31" long. There's also no way to shorten this handle for easier storage unless you unscrew it from the peel.It's a good set overall, just wish the overall dimensions were mentioned somewhere in the posting as those with limited space need to understand the magnitude of these utensils.
