It is a little less sweet than traditional sugar, so if you like your stuff sweet sweet sweet, maybe add a bit more to your taste. Dissolves perfectly. The price is why I knocked one star off. The flavor is five stars, but the price is pretty steep. Especially if you are a baker. It goes fast. I use it in things like coffee, oatmeal, plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, baked apples, sticky chicken... Fantastic!
