He says it makes his kick really strong, doesn’t rub his heel and they never fall off. Recommend sizing down. His shoes are size 11 and we ordered size 9-10 fins. When he first tried them on he thought they were too small. Then we ordered a larger sized fins, 11- 12 and that was too big. It fell off in the water. I was able to return the bigger ones without any problems. Overall great fins, a bit pricy, but good quality, I recommend them.
