8-in-1 PCOS Supplement - Myo-Inositol Complex with NAC, Maca Root, Cinnamon, ...

I waited to use this product for about a year before I put down a review, as a Pcos girly I can say this is the best product I have taken so far, all of my symptoms are fading away gradually especially headache , anxiety and cravings . and I think with time I might not get any with time. Very amazing product. If I ever have the chance to have a public speaking about PCOS would definitely recommend this product. Been on repeat in my cart.

I was so excited for this product to arrive and it didn't disappoint! I needed something with powerful ingredients that would help with my periods as they can be quite painful & my energy crashes. I haven't been taking them for very long but I can already see a difference in my mood and energy. My recent period was much less painful and I didn't need any painkiller which is just amazing! You do need to take 4 capsules which I thought was quite a lot but from the results l've gotten it's definitely worth it :)

Its a good supplement

This was one of the best things i have ever bought. Because of my PCOS i have really irregular periods and within 5 days of taking these supplements i got my period and within a month and a half i got pregnant after trying for 2 years. Extremely recommended. Take these supplements.

This is a great quality product but unfortunately I had a major problem - inositol makes me sleepy so I couldn't take it in the morning, otherwise I'm drowsy all day - and this product contains maca, which I find keeps me awake at night, so I couldn't take it in the evening either! I couldn't win either way! So unfortunately I've had to return to my previous inositol supplement which doesn't have any extras, just good old inositol (which, btw, is definitely worth taking if you have PCOS)

Started a week ago, and it’s good so far

Unable to write a strong review since I’ve only taken about 3 capsules. I just can not swallow them. I know I’m a baby! lol The smell is awful and I have no idea how they impact PCOS since I could not taken them.

I have severe PMDD and the doctors recommendation is to increase my SSRIs a few days before my menstrual cycle. I've been taking this supplement for a month leading up to my menstrual cycle and I have NO PMDD symptoms. No crying, more energy, less cramping pain. Literally a game changer!
