So I have had the chance to use this product for a few days now and to make it easy for anyone yes t is a great product.You get a foam roller, three different massage balls that vary in size and texture and he roller stick.The foam roller is high quality and does it’s job perfectly. The roller stick is hard, good texture so there is less sticking to hair and the texture adds another way to hit your hits while rolling and the massage balls can really dig in deep in isolated areas.The kit is fantastic for anyone looking for a way to work on deep muscle work for recovery on the body.

Great kit for some rehab at home. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to a rumble roller and this is it. The roller itself is very firm and exactly what I was looking for. As for the the other items they were just bonus add in that I keep in my gym bag.

Love the Long Roller Stick the most--excellent for stripping calves and long muscles in thigh. The diameter makes it easy to tilt a few degrees and get stubborn lines. I would like one of the textured balls to be a slightly larger diameter--maybe another inch in diameter--as I use it for some of the tighter muscles in my hamstrings and the size is a bit small. Overall, really happy with all of the products in the package and love the bag that I use to hold it all together in my suitcase when I travel.

Roller set was indeed a High density, good product overall just a bit too hard for me, shipping was very fast and customer service was great 👍🏼 Roller does what description says but too hard for my calves. Sadly I had to return.

Good quality product. There was however no brochures or instructional materials included. The product was recommended to my by a friend and I would like information as to how to use each piece most effectively.

I like it, but the roller is too firm for me to use on my back like I had hoped. I have chronic back pain and super tight muscles and this is just too much for me when I’m in pain. The overall quality is excellent and the price was a good deal.

I purchased this for my nephew's 17th birthday. He loved it. He had seen a lot of different options and felt that this was going to work really well for him.

The whole set is great! Every piece serves a purpose and the fact that it includes a bag is so conveinient. Each items is made with quality. On a personal note the ridges on the foam roller are a little harsh for some areas of my body. Not a product issue by any mean but I am looking into something a little more gentle.
