Pro/Con: I've used these for years now and they provide pain relief for several hours on sore muscles from my neck and shoulder joints, lower back pain from old injuries and it's easy to apply. I've even used it along my jaw bone when it's tender from having dental work! There isn't a scent, no residue or stickiness and quick to dry in less than a minute. It's effective and a good value for me at night when I use it to help me sleep better. No side effects, and it doesn't have to be rubbed in like the cream (also effective) so I can reach the sore areas more easily with this roller ball. If the ball dries out, it might get stuck, but I use it several times a week and it doesn't have a chance to dry out until it is completely empty. I rarely have a problem with the ball getting stuck, but if it does, using a bit of the cream version in a tube takes care of that!

Arnica works great! This roll-on is very easy to use especially on neck and top of shoulder blades by yourself. It is cooling, soothing, and odorless. It helps relieve pain and soreness very quickly, and is all natural. My chiropractor introduced me to this about 2 years ago and it is just the best!

Idk if it's placebo but I feel that this actually does help with bruises. Wish there was more product in it but the on and off turning of the applicator is helpful.

I had fallen and got a torn meniscus. The ARNICARE gave me pain relief right away. I also had a swollen wrist from the IV’s while I was in the hospital. The ARNICARE gave pain relief and helped the swelling go down. Love this product and there’s no strong odor!

This stuff is almost too good! When my wife or I have a slight arthritic pain we roll this on and within a few minutes we almost forget there was an issue!
