Nice features, and gets the job done for less $.
Purchased this pan about a month ago (with my own money, and did not get any incentives or kickbacks), and have cooked dozens of smaller meals in it. It is a nice little SS pan, and gets the job done the same as my more expensive SS pans but for a lot less $. The handle on the pan is very comfortable, and the handle on the lid is a little taller than most which is great if you have larger hands like mine. I selected this pan because it had the pour spouts on the sides, which is really convenient at times, but it ended up being my favorite smaller SS pan that I use for everyday cooking. It feels very durable and high quality, and it cleans up the same as any other SS pan.

Even heating and high quality
It is heavier than the cheap thin aluminum non-stick coated pots that i have been using for 30 years or more. It does actually spread the heat more evenly when using our glass top range. I am determined to use this pan for cooking from now on. I have read about the hazards of cooking with non-stick pans because that slippery coating will and has scraped off, i wonder how much of that stuff is in the food that i have cooked? THIS new pan will never do that. Im adding right now (October 20th, 2021) an addition to this review. I have been waiting to cook down some onions to see if they scorched or burned. I used the #2 setting on our larger element so the heat was low. I added about 3 tbsp of Wesson oil before hand. The pan was so full if i added more onions it would have spilled out when i stirred it. I stirred them every 10 minutes keeping the onions covered all during the cooking process. 2+ hours later they are almost brown and i probably couldn't cook them down anymore. The pan is still shiny SS all across the cooking surface. I will wash it soon and i ran it through a dishwasher cycle a few days ago and it still looks and cooks like new. I recommend this pan. If i need a different size pan in the future i will consider another size of this brand. But for sure no more non-stick. MORE on this pan, (October 26th, 2021), i used a metal potato masher to push down several cane of refried beans before adding them to a pot of Red Beans & Rice. Somehow the masher slid around under the beans and after i was all done i saw scratches. Lots of scratches in my wonderful new pan. The smasher is rounded on all surfaces so no way could you cut yourself on it. I wanted to see how it cooked after that. It did another pan full of onions just fine even with the scratches. I used a little oil and it did brown the pan a bit. Just this second i scrubbed the pan with hot water, dish washing soap and the blue Scotch Bright pad and rinsed the pan and it looks like new again accept for the scratches. BUT even the scratches became shiny clean. They are my fault but i will use the pan just like they are not there. I suppose the bottom line here is do NOT use metal cooking utensils. And if it ever gets scratch no worries, it still cooks like brand new!

Great everyday pan! 🍳
I’ve been using this pan almost every day for the past five months, and it has been fantastic! I mainly use it to cook three eggs every day for my three dogs, and it heats evenly every single time. The tri-ply construction really makes a difference, no hot spots, and the handle stays cool enough to grab without worry. The weight is not too heavy and the handle is comfortable in your hands. Cleanup is super easy. In five months, I’ve only had to give it a full scrub once due to butter buildup. A little water and Bar Keepers Friend had it looking brand new again. It’s also dishwasher safe, but honestly, a quick rinse and wipe is usually all it needs. One tip: to prevent food from sticking, splash a bit of water on the pan as it heats. If the water beads, it’s ready to cook, if it evaporates instantly, let it warm up a bit longer. Since figuring that out, I haven’t had issues with sticking. The lid is sturdy and fits perfectly, and I love that the pan has spouts on both sides for easy pouring. Overall, this is a high-quality, durable pan that looks as good as it cooks. Definitely worth 5 stars! Definitely worth the money.

Avacraft Is Excellent Cookware!
This Avacraft 12 inch skillet is excellent to cook with. The quality is top notch! Love their cookware. I only rated this skillet 4 stars because for myself, two grab handles would work better than the one long handle. When lifting the skillet, two grab handles would balance the weight of the skillet better.

Beautiful pan! Easy clean-up. Cooking with it is a joy!
I ordered this to use with an induction cooktop, and got the 8 inch tri-ply full body. Not only is it gorgeous, it is the most functional pan I've ever worked with. I love to make sauces, so having a pour spout on both sides is brilliant! The poor reviews some have given, seems to be because they are unaware of the proper use of stainless steel pans. Always heat to intended temp before adding food! Please, just google the use and care of stainless steel cookware! The clean up is easy, and it has a lot of versatility. The pour spout on each side, a lid, handle stays cool, oven and dishwasher safe, (not that I would put mine in a dishwasher, but you could). I love this pan so much! It's a good solid pan, distributes heat evenly, the handle stays cool to touch. And, again, it is a gorgeous pan! I intend to next purchase the 12inch pan, and a sauce pan.

Warps & Handle Comes Loose
It’s okay for a first time pan. But after several years of ownership and use, the handle rivets are loose (no way to fix) and the pan has warped rather badly which means the heat doesn’t distribute evenly on the stove and food burns. I’d spend money on a better quality brand and skip this one.

Beautifully made - great results
This pan is well thought out and beautifully made. I have several stainless steel pans. So I know how to initially 'season' them and how to clean them. This pan, like my other stainless steel pans, cleans up beautifully. It looks brand new after every cleaning. The heat distribution is perfect and I particularly like that they thought enough to put an air hole in the lid. This keeps the moisture of the item cooked from building up and effectively steaming parts of it. Also, it's easier to see what you are cooking when you're not looking through water droplets. After using the pan and liking it's well thought sensibility -- I am delighted to realize that yeah, it was designed by a woman and it is her company making the pan. Very Cool. If you are looking for a smaller (healthier) stainless steel pan with a lid, you can't go wrong with this one. Please discover how to properly 'season' and clean stainless steel. I'm sure those reviews from people complaining about not being able to clean them - are not cleaning them in the way that suits stainless steel.
