AZUREBEAUTY Dip Powder Nail Kit 6 Colors Jelly Pink

I am new to doing my own dip manicures. This is the first brand I have purchased. After following many YouTube videos, I chose this set with the additional primer base. The colors are sheer and natural with a very tiny sparkle truly beautiful on I experienced no lifting at almost 3 weeks. I have just soaked off my first set and applied my second set with a different color within this kit. I also purchased the full kit that comes with the base and topcoat.

Love these colors! They're subtle but beautiful. I only wish that the containers were bigger. They are small enough that when I would put my finger into the powder, it would spill over onto the table.

First I will say that I am not a professional nail tech but I am not a newbie with dip powders/proper nail care, etc. I would say that I'm rather seasoned. I like the Azure Beauty brand and cant complain. Whether the dip powder stays on your nail bed, doesn't chip, lasts, etc really does come down to your nail prep prior to application. When done correctly, these powders have a staying power of up to 3 -4 weeks before I feel the need to swap colors out and that's only because of visible nail bed growth and not because of the dip powder failing, chipping, popping off. Packaging is fine, no issues there. The dip powder jars are smaller so those newer to dip powder manicures may have difficulty not spilling powder if dipping directly into the jar. Base liquid and activator are fine and I prefer them over Beetles brand. The top coat liquid is "meh" but passable. If you want salon shine, you will need to UV setting gel topcoat instead. So as for the color pay off for this set (Jelly Pink 6 Colors): the colors are very pretty, very shimmery, and very sheer. Usually at about 3 coats, you will see a dip powder's full color payoff. I did 3 coats on test nails and the pay off was still very sheer (compared to their marketing photos, my 3 coats looks like their 1-2 coats examples). I did four coats of 604 on my nails and it looks like a very very pale pink/almost white (the white used for my tips was from another Azure set). I do recommend this set, but if you are expecting the pigmented pay off as shown in the marketing photos 3 coats example....its my experience that you wont get it without some sort of other colored base coat to manipulate color pay off. The photos I uploaded include testers, with 3 coats each, on a white and black background as well as on my natural nails under LED desk lighting and regular incandescent room lighting (4 coats of 604 on nailbed, 4 coats of a white shimmer on nail tips, and UV gel top coat).

In my opinion these colors are not like they were advertised. I didn't put 604 in the picture. It was just clear with little shimmer, didn't see any pink. Each nail was dipped 3 times. And still didn't reach the opagueness advertised. Used with azure 2 n1 base and top coat, and 3 activator. A bit disappointed. I believe 605 amd 608 are the same color. Out of all the colors, I liked 607, and 609, and will use it so there's the silver lining.

Colors are amazing, wish containers were bigger though. So easy to apply, powder went on smoothly. Very happy with this purchase.

This set gives you different pretty shades of pink dip that have a shimmery golden sparkle. I did a couple of layers in the picture (please disregard ring fingers as that dip was not in the set). Love the sparkle and colors!

New to dip. This is my fifth time. Second color in this set. 606. Three coats and a coat of clear on top. Love the sparkles and neutral colors. I find the colors are close to the images with three coats.
