The product is amazing. Smell is incredible and the soap is super thick. The shipping,itself, was not so good. . 2 orders (in a row) were leaking where a good amount spewed into the shipping bag. It was individually wrapped, but cap still managed to come unscrewed and leaked.

Lathers well. Smells nice. I'm hoping it'll calm my dogs skin irritation and be skin soothing. The bottle size is good and the pump works well. I don't notice a shine to her curly coat. I like the Bugalugs products and they work well. I previously bought her the Bugalugs anti itch and immunity shampoo, which was good but I was told by Bugalugs tnat this oatmeal shampoo would calm and soothe her skin better.

Can we talk about how spenny dog shampoo is!! I have a huge Bernedoodle 10 month old pup who has a really long combination of both strait fur from Bernese mum and curly from poodle dad. he spends half his day in the river and gets mucky and stinky pretty fast. The last time he had a bath a couple of weeks ago, I bought the least expensive 500ml emergency bottle of shampoo at an independent pet store as we were away. I still had to sell my firstborn to buy it (which is fine... She's not my favourite) and it lasted one single wash. So when I got back I bought the 500ml bottle of Bugalugs, plus the 5lt refill jug thinking it wouldn't go very far, but I only had to use a quarter of the 500ml!! It goes so far, super concentrated lathers up like a dream, and rinses out well. He smells edible and his long coat is super shiny and soft and I have enough left to last about a year! We've always had long haired shaggy dogs, last two beauts were Old English Sheepdogs and this is by far the best dog shampoo we've ever used and great value.
