I really like the taste of this product, but it is too expensive for me. After purchasing a few times, I ended up buying just the mushroom mix and adding it to my morning green tea. Much less expensive

This tasted good & helped with my gut, just sucked that it didn’t last long because it had so many healthy benefits & more of those important mushrooms.

I got this on Prime day on sale - I have been wanting to try the mushrooms as I have autoimmune issues which I treat naturally. Mushrooms are supposed to be very helpful in keeping your immune system healthy and has lots of other benefits for your body and mind. Anyway it was on sale so I bought some. The can fits in the palm of my hand with lots of space around it. Very small can. The taste is good mixed wiht my barley drink every morning and I think I feel better when I drink it than when I don't. I just don't know that I can justify the cost in the future once this can is gone. Maybe if on sale again but I am on a fixed budget and must be careful of my finances. With all groceries and drugs going up every day it's getting harder to be able to buy luxuries like this mushroom drink.

My naturopath recommended the mushroom coffee mix to me. It's very expensive and I used it for quite a few months to aid with recovery from a brain injury. But I lost my job and I could not afford it. Looking through the Four Sigmatic products on Amazon, I came across this two ounce can of mixed mushrooms. It worked even better than the mushroom and coffee mix when used according to directions. Immediately after drinking it mixed with my coffee I feel more alert and have a sense of well being. I think it adds a nice earthiness to the taste of the coffee. That little two-ounce can does last a month. In addition, even though it is double the price of the mushroom coffee mix (Lion's Mane), a package of the coffee-mushroom mix lasts ten days and the can lasts a month. So per serving, it is much less expensive. The mushroom mix contains a number of types of mushrooms, and so I feel that I am getting more benefits with this mix. I highly recommend this product.

I'd heard many accolades about Four Sigmatic products and classes from several sources across the web and blogosphere. I finally decided to try it and purchased the 10 Mushroom Blend. I usually try one new ingredient/product at a time so that I may discern any noticeable change or effect it has on my body. I also don't anticipate changes or improvements so that I don't experience a placebo effect. Because I'm SO TIRED all the time anymore and dealing with issues like osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, an aging mind with a body that's worked and played hard through life I decided to go for the whole shabang and incorporate the entire spectrum of 'shroomage Four Sigmatic had to offer. At first I wasn't impressed because I had an issue with the packaging when my product arrived last week, but I tried it and reached out to the company. I'm SO glad I did! I've had more energy and focus AND I'm actually sleeping better. Initially, I used the product alone and, eh, it was alright. But I put it in my coffee everyday since then and I'm good to go from around 6 a.m. til 2-3ish, then it's time for tea. In addition to liking the product, I was quite impressed with the customer service I received through the live chat portal on the company website. Many thanks to Danielle for resolving my package issue with such expediency. I value customer service and I'm a loyal customer to companies who not only have a great product but value me as well... Oh, and I've heard some people pooh-pooh the "earthy taste". People: it's mushrooms! :-) For me, it adds a new dimension to the taste of my coffee, making it richer actually, and I always use almond creamer. The accolades were well deserved and I'd recommend this product to friends and fam.

I used to be able to buy the little packets of this through Whe Foods but can now only find this online. It mixes well with coffee and helps me to stay regular. But buying it in the bulk form (if you can say 2 oz is bulk) it is way expensive for daily use for me. If the price would be more competitive I would consider regular daily use.

I have been using Four Sigmatic (super hero) defend blend to help combat chronic fatique for years now and I swear by it. It's the only thing that helps me get through my day. It's cheaper than some recommended medications with no side effects. I usually put one scoop into a cup of coffee in the morning to get a boost of energy, then another scoop in my smoothie which breaks down slower in my system, giving me energy throughout the day. I went from dealing with narcoleptic spells to being able to enjoy my life again. I've never had any complaints about serving size or cost, because it's been a life saver! However.. I feel the need to comment on the continued adjustments to their servings and packaging.. I loved their original tin containers and loathed when they started sending out plastic scoops with their product. These plastic spoons are just awful and make me grumble everytime. They collect clumped up powder. You have to go digging for them in the containers each time you use it, wasting any extra powder by getting it stuck on your hands or under your nails because the dried mushrooms react to the smallest amounts of moisture. You can run your hands together to try and get some of the product back in the container, but more than likely it's washed off in the sink. This stuff is GOLD to me, so even the smallest waste irritates me. And now they've change the scoop size and serving portion.. I suffer from serious brain fog, so a lot of my activities are set up routinely so I don't throw off my day. If the serving size changes and I don't notice, my day can go from good to bad real fast. I have a health condition where I have to monitor my heart, and if I accidentally overdose my coffee and my smoothie because I don't look at their suggested portions each time, I'm screwed.. I don't assume others deal with this same frustration, but I would love it if Four Sigmatic could ditch the plastic, sell us a branded starter container with a metal spoon and a bag full of powder, so we don't waste our money purchasing irrelvent items, and just add the freakin' serving size to the package. Not 1 or 2 "scoops" but real servings like 2 "teaspoons". Then I can set up monthly purchases for a replacement bag (hopefully eco-friendly) and determine how much of the supplement I want daily. I don't want to speak for others, but as it stands for me, I'm a grown a** woman who is lucky enough to be blessed with the ownership of serving spoons, so I don't need all these protein and supplement companies supplying me with more things to recycle! It would be super radical to see one of these companies finally grasp that concept and stabalize their product..

I am giving this one star because I subscribed to Mushroom Defend Blend for years, which had 10 mushrooms in it. In September, they kept the label color the same and switched it to the Gut Health Blend with 5 mushrooms plus probiotics I have never heard of. Because the label looks almost the same, it wasn't until my second order that I realized this. I realize that the world is changing and tariffs and other issues are causing supply chain issues, but Amazon and Four Sigmatic should have canceled my subscription to Defend Blend and asked me if I wanted to find a substitute, not make the substitute as if I would not notice (which I didn't initially). So, while I have always loved Four Sigmatic and was a loyal customer, for now, I am choosing a different product by a different company that offers more variety in its mushroom blend. I hope to see Four Sigmatic return to a 10 mushroom blend in the future.

Es wundert ja schon, wenn auf der Verpackung vermerkt ist, dass der Bleigehalt evtl hoch ist... Habe diese Mischung zwei, drej mal nur genommen. Wie ich es von anderen Mischungen kenne - im Kaffee. Mein Magen hat jedesmal mit spürbarer Übelkeit reagiert. Nach zwei Tagen, hat mein Körper mit einem Ausschlag reagiert am kompletten Körper. Das gab es bisher noch nie. Ob sich um eine Reishi Dermatitis handelte, die aber dann normalerweise anders aussieht, oder andere Verunreinigungen vorlagen, werde ich wohl nie erfahren. Ich hatte so etwas jedoch noch nie zuvor und dieses Produkt geht direkt in den Müll.

Geschmack ist echt Eckelhaft.

I’m disappointed because of how little product there is. It basically came half empty.
