Great gift for whole family to enjoy together
I got this for my husband for his birthday and is definitely worth every single penny!!! My son is now able to join in on it with him so lots of family bonding time while staying at home and getting his “golf fix” .. not to mention keeping him home from the expensive golf course 🤣 Helping them both maintain their hand eye coordination and not even having to leave the house is amazing in my book. I highly recommend for any household to be able to practice putting at home.

Just what I was looking for to get pro level putting, a nicely made mat
This is a well built mat. It’s a quality made product. This shows with the sewn edges and tightness of the weave. It has a rubber type padding on the bottom that helps the mat stay flat, still, non slip, and gives you a better roll. The size is good for indoors and out. Most greens will be flat, they have breaks, but no hole up a ramp like many putting mats do. I like the picture of the hole on the mat. I can also add a cup on its side, or a portable golf cup if I want. If you roll over the hole it’s in. I normally practice lag putting 30’ at the course, and 3’ putts. If you can master these 2 shots, you will be one of the best putters around. This is what makes this so good. You can practice anytime and anywhere. The mat rolls up easily, like a roll of paper towels only fatter. I like that it is marked off 1’ to 8’ increments. The 9th foot is right at the edge of the mat. You can practice anytime of those distances, or do a ladder drill 1’ to 8 or 9’ with a ball on each mark. The mat feels like a short pile carpet, maybe an 8 stimp. I think this is a great value for the money. A must have if you want the be a better golfer.

Works Well - Numbers is Backwards
This is a nice little putting mat, especially given the price point. The numbered distances are nice. That said, they are printed upside down. You obviously want to stand at the "0 feet" mark to hit putts; that way, a 3 foot putt ends at the "3 foot" marker. However, the numbers are printed such that putting from "0 feet" has all the numbers upside down (regardless of whether you are right or left handed). To see the numbers right-side up, you would have to stand at the other end, at the "9 feet" mark, and putt towards "0 feet," instead, which means you have to do simple subtraction in your head to determine the distance. While that "math" is very easy to do intuitively, the design is still absolutely stupid.

Pace, yes. Line, no.
So I've come to terms with it. It's great for practicing pace. Have a new putter? You can dial in the sweet spot while watching TV. So there's that. I would not recommend this to anyone using this to practice your line though. Everything funnels to the middle and I've set up all kinds of ways to fix it, but simply isn't worth the time.

Excellent putting aid
Well made portable also white lines serve as a track to aid straight putts.

Great mat!
The ball rolls nice and smooth and all the visual aids make alignment super easy. This has made me practice putting more often so hopefully that will translate onto the course.

Great golf putting mat
I bought this mat to have fun with my kids. I like that it gives good distance, sets up quickly, and packs away just as fast. Once stored, it takes up very little space. I find the design of the mat really nice, it reminds me of old video games like Neo Turf Masters. The distance markers and the balls add a bit of variety and challenge. The mat is thick and good quality. The surface is pleasant to roll on, even if it doesn’t perfectly reproduce the feel of a real green. We’ve had it for a little over two months now, and we keep coming back to it just for the fun of putting a few balls or challenging each other. I’m very satisfied with it, and I recommend it.

Very nice putting mat!
I like this putting mat a lot. Pros: 1) it is thick and plush! it is not just some thin sheet of felt. instead, it is quite THICK, and the edges are all very securely stitched! this thing could last a long time! 2) the graphics are cute/fun. it's not just a plain green strip 3) the underside is a layer of anti-slip material, so it shouldn't slide around All in all, this is a pretty cool mat for home / office and should hold up for some time! 5/5

great putting practice mat
this is a great tool to help improve my putting. i had previously purchased an electronic ball return putting device, but that did not come with a putting surface so i have to use it on a carpeted floor... which means the basement in our home. well, sometimes i don't feel like staying int he basement so this putting mat allows me top play in other areas of the house. it has a good textured surface, providing a good approximation of an actual putting green. it has a good size, not too wide, and not too long. the backing surface is good in that it does not have any unnecessary bumps or uneven areas. and the surface is easy to clean if you are worried about that like if you have pets that shed lots of hair. i am on the fence though about the markings, particularly the line right in the middle of the mat. i feel that it makes it too easy to align the ball and set your sights and swing. you may depend too much on it when putting, so that in the actual green when you do not have that marking, you may be totally lost as there is no reference. i still rate this 5 stars overall and would recommend it to beginners in the sport like me.

Good for practice.
It's starting to get cold here, and the golf-courses are closed for the season...let's face it, for the next 6-7 months...that's a long time to be away from the clubs. This putting mat is simple. You have a bottom to it that is made of a durable, rubber - type material, it keeps the mat in place. The top is a very low pile carpet, not dissimilar to a kid's car playmat. The mat is super lightweight, and is compact when not in use. It's only a foot wide, and 10ft long and can roll up quite small. I do wish that the mat came with some sort of strap to keep it together when not in use, or some sort of bag, but that's not a big deal. There's no hole in it, so if you're putting and aiming for the 'cup' there's nothing that really indicates that you have succeeded in getting it to the right spot as the ball just keeps rolling. It feels pricey for what it is. I also question whether it's entirely necessary. If you have a runner in your house, with the exception of the lines and the bullseye at the end, it really is just a very narrow carpet.
