MeacoFan Sefte® 10" Table Fan Quiet Oscillating Desk Top Air Circulator

Extremely quiet, even on maximum speed. Very adjustable, 12 speeds, 3 sideways oscillations plus 3 vertical oscillations plus a detachable remote control. Most importantly it is so effective at moving air. Expensive but a fantastic fan that has delighted me.

I’ve bought loads of cheap fans over the years, saw this on a shopping Chanel and wanted it straight away. It has real power, lots of functionality, the Eco mode works according to ambient temperature and provides the right settings accordingly. Its whisper quiet and comes with a remote. Has been a godsend in this exceptionally hot weather, it wreaks of quality.

Noise is great, I have it on during teams calls and have no issues at all with colleagues hearing me or hearing the fan. Speed is fantastic at cooling and creating a draft even across the room from the window.No assembly required at all just remove from packaging, plug in and away you go. I recommend keeping the instructions as it has information on cleaning and diagnosing issues with the fan.Remote does everything the fan does can be a bit fidgity trying to get line of site some times and with it being around in the dark it can be a bit of a puzzle working out the buttons.Size is fine, I would argue about it being a desk fan, a large desk maybe but still the fan is fantastic and probably needs to be that size to move the volume of air it does.I sorta wish I had of bought the wireless battery powered one but hety, aim more than happy with my purchase... ah and also British designed and made so a bonus!

This is my Trustpilot review:Never owned a fan like it. Purchased the Sefte 10" Table fan at the end of last year after seeing the Which recommendation, but had never had much call to use it until this heatwave. This fan was a godsend, it has worked continuously for days on end without fault, and it is still going. Set it to Eco, pick you circulation choice and it increases the speed setting according to temperature, easy to override if you want to. Did I mention how quiet it is? Yes it is expensive, but it is worth every penny. For me the round remote is a bit fiddly and the remote's buttons are impossible to distinguish in dim light, especially if you have sight issues, so have to use a torch to illuminate, but that won't stop me buying more from this company. Thank you Meaco for such a great product, and thanks to Which for their recommendation.

Given that the item is absolutely brilliant, I feel a bit harsh giving this review....but I guess my score needs to reflect my overall buying experience with Big On Electricals.When the Red Weather Warning was given the weekend before last, I sought out a well-reviewed fan and found this one marked for "next day delivery" so ordered it.DPD Delivery messaged the next day with the timeslot for me to be available to accept the parcel. They didn't arrive....DPD Customer Service advised that drivers can be late and to wait until the end of the day. Desperate for the fan, I stayed in and waited.....for 7 hours...after which I was told that the item had been returned to the depot.Exactly the same thing happened the next day so I changed my delivery preference, opting to have the fan dropped off at my local Post Office.On day three, I was given a timeslot when the drop-off would happen....and it didn't...again returned to depot.DPD Customer Service throughout was appalling. Phonecalls and emails that I was promised didn't happen.The fan was finally dropped off on day four....by which time the heatwave had pretty much passed. I contacted Big On Electricals to summarise my experience and, while they did reply in a friendly, pleasant manner, the response was basically a shrug of their shoulders and a "not our problem....we despatched as promised....contact DPD".Pretty sure that businesses have some say in who delivers their goods so surely there's some accountability to be held here.Anyway, the fan itself is absolutely superb and I can't recommend it highly enough. Just be careful where you're buying it from.

We already own one of these fans so I bought another two to go in the bedrooms. They are very effective and don't take up too much cabinet space. Very quiet even on normal mode (sometimes I have to check that they are on). Easy to use and great remote control. Solid construction. There are 12 air speeds but even in this hot weather have needed to used up to no 7.I only have two quibbles, it would be great if they tilted down more (would have to be taller to do this) and the price was not so high.

We have a 1056 table fan and it's brilliant, and this sefte is just that bit better in almost all areas. It's well made with a nice clean design, touch controls and clear display. I find it to be noticibly quieter but not by a massive amount......the1056 is already very quiet. It's powerful and has a good range of movement in all directions. The only downside is it doesn't have a carry handle although you can get to hold it at the back of the casing, it's not comfortable and feels off balance as if it could slip from your grip. Overall meaco have done a done a good job improving an already great product.

This fan is great. Powerful and quiet. Feels very cooling. I just had the best nights sleep in this heatwave. It’s fairly light so easy to move around. Feels sturdy. The remote works well and I like that you can switch off the light and beeps on the control panel for nighttime use. It’s up and down and side to side settings means that it can direct air to a wider area. It’s great that these are adjustable too. It’s quite large but very stable. I can fit it on my bedside table.

Molto silenzioso, facile da usare, pratico controllo remoto.

What a beautiful fan im actually blown away excuse my pun by this super quiet fan. I bought the model that courses horizontally and vertically and it can reach every inch of the room if placed in a corner. I was concerned about any noise but you can safely have it in the bedroom it’s so quiet. I sometimes have to check it’s still running it’s so quiet. To think all this and it’s super cheap to run , a bit of a no brainer!

Zeer mooie degelijke en stille ventilator.Nadeel: je krijgt er een 'engelse' stekker bij. Hier in europa dus onbruikbaar.Dus zelf ééntje moeten bezorgen, wat voor bijkomende kosten zorgt.

Deze ventilator lijkt koele lucht te verspreiden. Hoewel het een tafelventilator is kan hij een groot gebied voorzien van wind. Hij heeft 12 standen en kan zowel op en neer, als links naar rechts. Hij is super stil. Er zit een engelse stekker aan dus bestel een reisadapter bij voor in nederlands stopcontact. Ik ben heel blij met deze ventilator.
