Nice, heavy duty grate. Spins easily and the large, hinged opening makes it easy to add coals and smoke wood to the Smoke n Sear or charcoal baskets.

Heavier and better quality than the weber grate. The spinning is great when searing meats cold grate method. Its a way better even sear that way. Also pairs perfectly with sns basket for refills.

Same quality as the original grate. The opening made it very convenient to add additional charcoal without having to remove the entire grill. Recommended.

We use a cut 55 gallon steel barrel as our fire pit and gave this grate a go for cooking. Tried it out last night and it worked awesome. The part that opens is extremely nice for stoking the coals. It's decently thick metal and was easy to clean. MUCH better than the Vevor grate we tried, that warped on its first use.

I should have went with this stainless grate years ago and not the cheap ones that rust out . Excellent quality

The ABC 22" Stainless Steel Replacement grate is a well constructed, 100% stainless steal, cooking grate replacement for the chrome finished grate that comes in many charcoal grills such as Weber's kettle grills. I replaced my Weber chrome grate with the stainless, because no matter how well a chrome grate is coated, the chrome does break down and the grate will rust. The solution is a 100% stainless grate which, in and of itself, will not rust or corrode and is therefore, a great solution as a cooking utensil.The ABC Stainless Steel Replacement grate is made very well. It is highly polished. Mine has some blemishes, but nothing that would prevent me from buying another one of them. The grate looks like it will clean up fairly well, and the nice thing about stainless is you can scrub it without worry of loosening chrome! However, this grate will not be deeply cleaned, ever! Grates, just like any metal cooking surface, benefit from being seasoned into a nice non-stick surface. After a cook, I make sure to scrape off any larger bits of food and then wipe down the grate with peanut oil. After awhile, the grate forms a nice pantene on it. Of course, there's nothing wrong with scrubbing the grate down too. I just prefer not to work so hard! :)This grate would have gotten five stars from me, but the cost of the grate is a little high. If it were $20 cheaper I wouldn't think twice about giving it five stars and buying more of them. As it is, I will be on the look out for a grate with the same, or even better, quality around $60, which I think is a better price.Overall, this is a solid replacement grate for the chrome one and I don't regret the purchase.

This fits my old Weber 22 inch grill perfectly. Nice upgrade with the stainless steel and larger hinged opening. The old Weber grate was starting to rust despite my best efforts to keep it from doing so. You would think Weber would sell grates of similar quality for their kettle grills. . .

Works great on my Weber kettle to allow access to the slow n sear charcoal basket. Also easy to rotate in place for briefly placing meat over the coals.

Pair's with the slow'n'sear great and the easyspin makes it much more efficient
