The inlet and outlet pipes are fixed in place. Some versions have nuts so you can move or even remove the ports.

This thing has been a life saver for me. I installed it on my old 1958 REO truck when I replaced the mechanical fuel pump with an inline electric one. The old gas tank has issue with rust and condensation. This makes it much easier to catch those contaminates before the reach the carburetor. The install was pretty straight forward and easy, and it has already saved me a ton of trouble. (I accidentally ran the tank dry and sucked a bunch of sludge and water from the bottom of the tank into the fuel lines)

This sediment remover is more like OEM than other questionable ones I have seen. The seals are good. The glass is clear and all the work looks well done on it. It seems to do much better than the one I replaced and I am happy with the end product. Definitely trustable and good fuel outlets. Threads seem good too.

Separator works well. Easily fitted to basically any fuel system for an improvement in fuel quality. Good quality construction and materials. Easy design to work with. Good product.
