Product is not fresh- The Coconut Flour expires next month
I received Coconut Flour of Bob's Red Mill that expires next month. I could but the same product in a nearby store with expire dat in April 2026. Unfortunately, I cannot get a refund for this kind of item. I. am going to cancel all my other purchases from Bob's Red Mill.

Amazing quality
Bob's Red Mill is always a go-to-brand. Their coconut flour is very fine which makes it incorporate really well in any batter. It was well sealed and the bag can be resealed seamlessly. It stores very well if kept in a cool and dry place. I usually use it for low-carb or keto cooking since it does provide structure to the baked good.

Bob's Red Mill is my go to brand for stocking my pantry, from grains and seeds (quinoa, chia, flaxmeal, millet, ), flours (almond, garbanzo, rice, cassava), starches (tapioca, potato, arrowroot) and baking additives (xanthan gum, baking soda and powder), but coconut flour definitely makes my top 5. I have tried many brands of coconut flour, but I always go back to Bob's Red Mill organic coconut flour. The quality and flavor is simply unmatched. It works perfectly for many recipes: pancakes, waffles, microwave mug muffins. Combined with almond and other gluten free flours and starches is makes the perfect baked good, muffins, cupcakes, breads, crackers, crusts (pizza, pie, quiche). The flour is fine and very absorbent, I feel it needs slightly more liquid in recipes compared with other brands. The coconut flavor is deliciously pleasant, with the versatility of enhancing the taste of both sweet and savory recipes. It's tasty, without being overpowering. The smell alone from the bag sets my taste buds on fire. The only thing I have a slight complain of is the packaging; I would prefer a classic zip lock, but I do end up transferring to an airtight container. It keeps best quality in a dry cool pantry for 1-2 months, otherwise I recommend storing the flour in the freezer or fridge.
