Does not work properly. Incredibly loud. Does not cool well in a smaller room. Incredibly bad value for the money. Would never recommend. Cannot return. Cannot get support. Incredibly bad showing by LG and Amazon. Incredibly bad.

Perfect for power outage using generator
I bought this a/c to give us some relief during Florida hurricanes or other storm related outages. Our generator runs most of our house but we can't run the central a/c so we put this on the window and sleep in the living room and we stay perfectly cool. Runs quietly and keeps cool. No issues here.

Worse Air Conditioner ever…
This air conditioner was advertised as ‘Ulra Quiet’. However, upon proper installation this air conditioner sounded like a lawnmower. What made matters worse is LG offered absolutely no support leading to customer satisfaction. I will never purchase another LG Appliance because LG does not stand behind its products

Cools and is Quiet
I love this AC. It cools my bedroom! And I can turn it on from the app before I get home. I have not yet used the schedule feature. Also, it works a little better with Alexa rather than Google. Alexa allows you to adjust the temp and Google only let's you turn it on and off. This AC is also quiet. I don't have to turn the TV up to watch it. A really great product!

Regret purchase!
I hate this ac unit so bad i had to come leave a review! I'm not one to complain about noise because I'm a white noise sleeper, but this thing is so loud it scares me every time it turns on! The wifi took forever to set up because it wasn't as easy as hitting the two buttons, i had to play with buttons and the remote for it to finally connect when i held the power button down on the remote. I would recommend setting up the wifi before putting it in the window because you need the bar code on the side. Lastly, this thing doesn't cool worth a s***! My bedroom is not that big, the app tells me it's at 60° but there's no way, it's still warm in my room. My last unit was perfectly cold at 62° and this thing is lying! I thought by buying a brand name that it would be a good unit, but I should have just saved my money and bought a cheap no name unit!
