It's easily adjustable to a comfortable fit. It's also unobtrusive enough to wear underneath my shirt. And of course it gives good support to my shoulder while still allowing the freedom to move around.

You can actually put this one on with one hand. Which is important when your shoulder hurts. Its comfortable and soft and actually feels good to have it on. The arm strap especially is big enough to fit my bicep.Quality looks good and well made.And doesn't slip off my shoulder.I purchased another that looked similar and it wasn't nearly as good as this one.

First, it seems to run a touch big. I have 56" shoulders so I bought the XXL. I have to set it at the smallest setting to have it work.It does a great job compressing the bicep/triceps, but that is easy to do. The farther up you go the less it compresses. The pictures all show the strap running across the chest to half-way up the torso, but the reality is that, unless you are a body builder with traps of steel, it is going to ride up to the armpit.So how did it do for me?I fell and injured my shoulder this winter. X-rays showed no breakages, so rest, careful movements, and time are the prescription. The daily routine is generally fine, as long as I don't do something stupid like throw a snowball with the kids.Sleeping has been horrible. I can't find a position that does not hurt, and every morning I wake up with it hurting/throbbing.Last night was the first night with the brace and I woke up for the first time in a long time with no pain. That is a win in my book.The videos of people lifting and such? I really think that would be a bridge too far. Other than the upper arm I can't see where this would provide the support required for any kind of exercise.

Unfortunately, I had to send both sizes back. Using the sizing chart my size was on the low end/high end of the larger and smaller sizes respectively. So I started off with the L/XL. While the strap on the bicep fit with room to spare, the shoulder piece was way too large and would scrunch up. The bicep piece would also have a tendency to slip up just a bit even though they say you can wear it over or under clothes. I will say, however, that it did give me pain free days, but I just couldn't continue that size due to the bunching up and then it would ride into and cut into my neck. I exchanged it for the S/M figuring that since the bicep srap was so large on the former, it would fit. Sadly, it did not. This time, the shoulder piece fit perfectly, but the bicep strap was way too small. So the S/M runs more like a small while the L/XL runs closer to XL.Anyway, for those it fits, it will work. The rest of us just have to keep trying to find one that fits us correctly.

I purchased this for a torn rotor cup. I was in serious pain. Read some of the other reviews and gave a shot. It arrived next day so I was happy. I immediately noticed the difference and I was able to get some sleep that night. I ordered a large/xlarge going with the measurements provided, but in the end it felt a bit large. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded telling me they were sending out another one with no additional cost and allowed me to keep the bigger one. They emailed me same day and sent the new one out that same day as well. That is some serious customer service. Highly recommend them and I would happily do business with them again. Support team is great they helped me get the right size and I am very happy with my brace. It has reduced my Rotator Cuff pain and is keeping it stable. Product is good quality and easy to use

Made of good quality materials with good support. However, this did not work for my rotator cuff tendinitis. I try all different adjustments with the straps and it just did not work for the pain. It also creates pain and irritation under my arm. It does work well to keep the additional ice pack in place. That is really all it is good for and is too expensive for that purpose alone.

Easy to adjust and helps stabilize the shoulder joint. Mine moves otherwise which is uncomfortable.It has a Velcro patch on the shoulder to hold a hot or cold pack. It gets warm on its own while wearing it which helps keep the joint and muscles loose.It is comfortable for all day wear.
