Works for me! I am a shift worker and often have issues with disturbed or fractured sleep. This has helped a lot getting a better sleep. Two capsules each night (which is so much better than other magnesiums where you have to take three) and they slide down the pipe easily. No taste. I have tried multiple supplements for sleep and this so far seems to be the best for me without giving me weird dreams or other side effects.

Excellent product, I tried many Magnesium on the market and I have to say this is way superior than anything I've seen out there. I've tried now for about 2 months and I absolutely loved it. Love everything that this brand brings to the table, really high quality products. Highly recommend them!

After many different attempts to get a good night sleep , this product was by far the best. The quality and affordability is unmatched to all other brands. I have not slept this well in years . 8 hours of solid sleep and I feel amazing in the morning.

It seems to me that Sports Research supplements can be trusted as quality products. This magnesium glycinate contains a two-month supply (120 softgels) with 160 mg chelated magnesium per serving with coconut MCT oil. Other ingredients include organic beeswax and sunflower lecithin. These softgels are non-GMO tested, gluten-free, third party tested, and cGMP compliant. Even though the softgels are rather large, I have had no difficulty swallowing them.

I really like this supplement it helped with my sleep and my restless, aching legs, but when I’m trying to purchase more, I’m finding hard to find it. It’s not available on Amazon at the moment.

I've taken other Magnesium brands and this is really good. I've diffenately noticed this supplement is different. In a good way.
