I really feel like this is a quality product. The capsules are quite large but pretty easy to swallow.

I recently accidentally purchased the capsule version from this company and noticed they weren't nearly as good as this version. These are perfect if you're aiming for quality sleep. I haven't slept this well since my early 20s. I like these a lot.
