Great product-build the surround!! Donโt put it in up side down-we did and had to adjust!
Could not be happier! My husband made a walnut surround and added a live edge satin walnut mantle-I could not be more grateful!

Extremely poor quality and zero customer support. The remote failed the next day after purchase, and the fireplace completely stopped working within two months despite very light use. I narrowly missed the return deadline, and now there is no way to reach the seller. Their listed support website does not exist. This seller should not be allowed to operate on Amazon. I hope Amazon can step in and resolve this situation.
