I used it for my catering van just great

Lovely and sturdy items, but the temperature does not stay hot for long maybe 1 hour at most. When full as well the tap only drips the water out so you can’t fully wash your hands properly. Considering the price these are definitely not worth the money paid. It would be better to hire them for the same cost or look elsewhere and pay more to get a warranty or something included.

We bought this because many of the local councils where we attend festivals (selling food) demand that stallholders have hand-washing facilities with hot water. This unit seemed to fit the bill as it advertised that the insulated material would keep the water hot for "up to 6 hours".Firstly, the unit is very poor quality. First time we used it, it leaked through the inner wall of the moulding. Water only stays within the green temperature range for an hour. When you turn the tap full on, there is just a trickle of water out of the tap (even with the tank full).Tried to send it back, but the seller blocked my return because it was outside the 30 days.Rubbish product and very poor seller!

Brought this to use at pop up market - by the time I had driven there and set up total of 45 mins the water was lukewarm warm at best.

The media could not be loaded. Doesn't keep it's temperature. After adding boiling water, it was cold within 2 hours.Dribbles out, completely unsuitable for washing hands. You categorically cannot wash your hand with this item!Also arrived with a hole in the sink basin.
