Heating pad
I am very happy with this product so far. I've had it for about 3 weeks or so, to help me alleviate the pain in my lower back. It heats up perfectly and it stays warm for a long time. I love the lavender smell and the lavender color! I would recommend this product.

COMFORTING AND WARM
Tried it as soon as i got it and WOW the smell of lavender is so comforting!! Bought it to help relieve cramps for my time of month, no regrets!! Feels so reliving. Very soft, heated up nicely, easy to clean.

Perfect small heating pad
Has a good material but I get disappointed when I see the small size. I believe I didn’t read all the reviews before but it. Work perfectly but I would like be more longer to cover all my front and back knee with just one.

Great little heating pad/ice pack
I used as an ice pack first and really liked the fact it was not so very cold at first but seemed to stay cold longer than my other ice packs. Have used as heating pad also. Really love the color, size and the fact it has a washable cover.

Perfect size. Holds heat for a good 10 minutes. Scent doesn't last long but is pleasant. Soft, contours to my hand/wrist. I'd buy it again, but is holding up well with daily use. I drizzle water over 1 side b4 heating. Definitely put on a plate to heat it.

This heating pad worked wonderfully for my shoulder. I use it 2-3 times weekly with Occupational Therapy It is a great product and worth the money

Stunk up Microwave
It was nice, but it felt wet and gross for some reason. Also, the lavender scent lingered in the microwave. My dad complained about it. Make sure your family is OK with a stunk up lavender smelling microwave before buying this. The warmth in my lap was so nice though...

Usability
Only issue is doesn’t hold cold very well. Fabric is super soft and one side and silky on the other
