Very good quality product. Tested once before writing this review. Keeps cool for 24+ hours. Full value for money. Would have been more useful if two gel bottles were provided along with it OR there was an option to buy one extra gel bottle.0

Worth it and good work

I am a type1 diabetic.I bought this insulin cooler bottle in January and for the first 5 months it worked brilliantly — kept my insulin cool for 15+ hours at a stretch, the coolant stayed frozen solid and did exactly what it promised. As someone who uses insulin daily, this was a genuinely useful product and I was very happy with it. However, after around 5 months of daily use, the coolant pack has completely stopped working. I make sure it is fully frozen before use and close the bottle tightly, but now the coolant turns from solid to gel within just an hour of use. The inside of the bottle doesn't get cold at all anymore. The bottle itself seems fine — it's clearly a coolant degradation issue from repeated freeze-thaw cycles over months of daily use. My main complaint is that Urbanstocks does not sell a replacement coolant pack separately. For a product used by diabetics who depend on it daily, this is a significant oversight. Either the coolant should be sold as a replaceable spare, or the expected cycle life should be clearly mentioned upfront so buyers know what to expect. Would recommend the bottle for its build quality and initial performance, but be aware that the coolant is essentially a consumable and will need replacing after heavy use. It can happen anytime and can degrade the insulin which is life threatening for a diabetic

Just received, haven't got a chance to use it yet. However, here are some immediate feedback to provide info and increase sales 1. Why not give the height and weight of the product on the product image 2. Why only one biogel? 3. Can this be used as a hot or cold water flask 4. The instructions are poorly written. Lay flat for 6-8 hours and freeze ..... do you mean the Container OR the Biogel OR both OR Biogel inside the container -- in the freezer OR refrigerator compartment? What is meant by flat ... horizontal OR vertical? The picture shows container vertical

Store several insulin pens in this handy can. Used it several times and works great.

Very good product. Stays cool for 24 hrs a must buy for insulin user. Buying a second one to gift .

I got this product on 15 may 2024. It is easy to carry, looks is also nice, in 35°C - 40°C works very good upto 20-22 hours only, not 40h as the company claims.
