Awful customer service!!
Order a reel off these and come to use it and there's alot of play in the reel handle and the release clicker is sticking. Msged them regarding this to get a silly reply like i know nothing about using a reel and nothing since. Now I've got to pay out further to get the reel repaired and up to the correct standard. AVOID!!!!

Waited ages for deliver as the first delivery failed to be delivered ( possible not the fault of the vendor) The long awaited reel arrived to my dismay it is a left handed reel, I am right handed. no option for right or left hand in the selection options The image on the selection is of a right handed reel. Hence to poor review. Generally I have found these reels to be very good when you get the break set just right, but always take a spare fixed spool reel along just in case.

il pacco è arrivato nei tempi ma non è quello che ti mostrano in tutte le foto, mi è arrivato un mulinello con manovella a sinistra e non so come usarlo, carino anche se si vede che è economico, ha tutti gli ingranaggi in plastica. ho chiesto il reso e spero vada a buon fine.
